Worked well for rising, but they were too small to be usable.

There is _one pan_ included here- just as it says in the "What's in the box" section. One pan and no lids (since the pans stack- you only need one lid for however man you want to stack so including a lid with each one would be silly).Pans are great for proofing. Good size, light but strong, stack nicely, and easy to clean. Just like you'd find in a traditional NYC pizzeria.

These are a good size for a pizza dough ball (12” pizza)... the barcode sticker applied to the back is super sticky and doesn’t peel off easily and leaves glue residue, the bowls I received also has quite a bit of oxidation and required a long scrubbing with a product like bar keeper as friend to get them food ready... lastly be aware that the lid that is suggested as frequently bought together (model 7007) is not for these bowls but for the larger diameter.I wish they would sell these in stainless.

These pans (buy the lid separately!) are a very good size, and useful for baking, but with use they discolor quickly and get a chalky feel. If they were stainless, I’d buy a dozen.

The misleading picture shows a bunch of these stacked, and lids. Turns on there is exactly one, an no lids. Never would have bought if it were clear it was such an incomplete purchase.

No lid. Waste of money.
