Do not upsize! I absolutely love this it is so comfortable and I'm not a little lady! This fits my 26, my XD, and my EZ. Without any problems and holds all day in the heat...I do use antiperspirant on my leg so I'm sure it helps, but for this price it's an absolute no Brainerd, which means you can have more than one!!!

Sorry for not showing a photo. So this works perfect for me. I’m 5’6 and 148lbs. My thighs are thick (that’s where the extra 25lbs went) and this holster works GREAT! I let my daughter try it, 5’10 and 124lbs, and her chicken ass legs did not hold it up. So yea, it works for the thick thighs (and comes with an extra adjustable band for the thicker thighs) and stays up great! As long as I don’t lose weight this will be perfect for a long time. Of course wear and tear will happen over time.

I got this for my insulin pump. Most other leg garter pockets are so flimsy and don't hold up for daily use, so I'm glad I decided to try something more heavy duty. It's really comfortable, doesn't slip, and it PERFECTLY fits my Tandem t:slim X2 insulin pump without the case/clip. It still fits even with the clip attached to the pump but it's a little bulky and not as secure.

The fabric pull started to fray. It fit my subcompact weapon very well. It did not come with a garter. It won’t fit my magazine…well, it’s halfway in the pocket. The whole thing just needs to be wider in length to fit everything correctly. I ended up buying another thigh holster; name brand Iron Regina. It’s a whole lot better than this one.

Mine fell done almost immediately upon standing up. I am 120 pounds and I have it pulled as tight as I can get it. My thighs are not the same thickness from top to bottom so top is very tight but not as tight at the bottom, causing it to slip down. I do just have it on the skin and see others are wearing bike shorts so will try that. I prefer not to have the extra heat in FL and why I like a dress, but will try the bike shorts or straps to hold it up before returning it. But I see reviews that the seller doesn't refund money so may just have to make it work. Haven't given up on it yet.

I'm honestly very impressed with this holster, I am using it for a 911 .380 and it fits perfectly. I wore it fully loaded with an extra mag and walked around the house for a few hours to see how it would hold up and it wasn't budging. I measured my thigh a little over 18in and was a little worried it would be too big because the smallest hooks measure at 18in but i could probably get away with using the 3rd or 2nd to last and it would still stay in place. It is something to get used to, but i love how you can holster either side and carry inside or out, you just have to find which style is more comfortable to you and what works with what you're wearing. I can carry outside with loose flowing dresses and you can't tell and if i carry inside you can't see it with a tighter dress. The only thing is, it does show a little of a line on your leg from how tight it is but nothing too unflattering. And I did have to trim a stitch down because it was scratching the inside of my thigh but now it's perfect.For the price it's definitely worth it if you're looking for something for smaller handguns.

I have purchase this item 3 times thru the years.. it stays up my tight, can’t see my gun at all even when I carry on the outside as long as my dress is not tight. I only wear dresses and skirts so finding a way to conceal was tricky.. I tried a lot of different one and this one is by far the best one in the market and for the price can’t go wrong!I carry a light gun (and it’s pink) so perfect for that, doesn’t slide down and the wrip inside helps with that

It’s nice material just doesn’t work for me. I’m 5”3 111lb and had to wear it mighty high for it to stay stable on my leg which didn’t work once I placed my G19 5 into.Tried on around the house and it didn’t feel stable as it was wobbly and eventually fell down. Maybe it’s best for females with more thigh then I have or maybe a smaller gun. Also it’s not as comfortable after having on for a while
