Expensive but as described
It is a good quality all metallic product; except inside the unit there is what looks like a plastic cylinder. Once installed it worked beautifully without any leak and directing the full flow in either direction as selected.Very satisfied

Quality Product!
Installed about a month ago. Heavy valve body, good polished brass finish, easy to turn valve. Just what I wanted to divert water from shower head to a hand shower on a Kohler flex hose. Makes cleaning the shower door and tile a breeze!

Just what I needed
This diverter is perfect for attaching my dog's shower hose. Previously, the shower hose adapter was in line and I blamed it for our low water pressure when we humans showered. Now we can turn the lever to divert the water to the hose. The hose adapter is plastic, of course, but it works great so far!

Almost perfect
Solidly built, looks great, and works well - but not perfectly. I have a polished brass Speakman shower head (which I highly recommend, especially with restrictor removed) connected to the front outlet, and a Delta hose-mounted shower head connected to the side outlet . The only thing that keeps me from giving this diverter a 5 star rating is the fact that it does not completely shut off the water flow to the side outlet when the water is directed to the front outlet.

Hot dog. An actual brass coupling! We, in fact, ordered this on-line from Amazon while we stood in the aisle gazing at every single shower head part that was at least partially plastic,if not all. And they all cost more than this one.

Easy to install
This was very easy to install . One small problem the knob that turns fell off. The next one I buy I'll tighten the little screw before I install the diverter instead of after installation. Works great

Doesn't shut the water off 100% when switching to the main shower head, slight drip.

the diverter has a fine brass finish and the lever control is easy and superior to the plunge style. \i have purchased 4 of them at differnet times and they all continue to perform well
