iDesign Metal Kitchen Sink Protector Grid for Kitchen, Bathroom, Basement, Garage, The Gia Collection - 12.75" x 11", Polished Stainless Steel

After searching high and low for about two years at various stores, I finally found this stainless steel sink strainer; it's really the only one I think is worth bothering with. The kind of strainers that sit directly on the sink collect gunk underneath them and must be lifted up constantly to spray water underneath. This one stays clean, makes it easy to keep the sink clean and can be popped into the dishwasher regularly to keep it sanitary. The stainless steel does not rust or corrode over time. I've had mine about three years and it looks the same as day one. Even the little rubber pegs on the corners come out totally clean when put into the dishwasher and they are on tight; they never fall off; not once.

This appears to be a well made piece. It's actually stainless steel from what I can determine, not a cheap plated metal. Fits my sink well. Size listed is accurate. I like that is a full grid with no cutout for the drain.Originally I thought that it arrived slightly warped, since it would not sit in the sink without rocking. But it turned out that my sink bottom curves quite a bit at the corners so the frame corners touch the sink slightly. Measure your sink carefully.

Great product. Easy to clean

It looks good and provides a way to drain handwashed kitchen items. Being steel with no plastic coating I can set a hot pot on it which is good. I just wish I could have found one a little bigger because this one, which was bigger than the other one I was considering, is smaller than the bottom of my sink by at least an inch both ways. I like that this has no center opening because my drains are not in the sink centers so if the rack had an opening it would not line up with my drains. And I only use one, I put it in the sink that does not have the disposal.

I scratched my sink with a cast iron skillet and got this to protect my sink from future scratches or dings from dishes. It work perfectly. I’ve washed it in the dishwasher on the top rack, the rubber feet keep it in place. I highly recommend it.

The item shipped very timely. I am completely satisfied with the high quality of this item. It was a perfect fit for my sink and so easy to keep clean. Plus my sink always looks like I just cleaned it. I love this item and highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this new kitchen sink rack. Because it is metal it does not trap water and food under the rubber mats I had. I have had it for several months now and it has not rusted. I will definitely tell my friends about this product. JoAnn

It's hard to find a good mat or liner to protect a white cast iron sink. So glad I found these, but also wish they were offered in gold as my fixtures are gold, but I still think they work well and look good.
