Proficient and simple to use
This product has helped me practice my hitting without having to have someone get the ball or me having to mostly run to get the ball and barely hit. I have used this product non-stop, and it is so easy to have it on the go and practice in my morning jogs. I will definitely recommend this product to my volleyball teammates and anyone else who plays volleyball.
