This mat has saved my life in the kitchen. I have been having problems with sore feet from standing barefoot on the hard kitchen floor slaving for hours as a short order cook for a very picky and young family lol. This has made my life so much better. I no longer hobble out of the kitchen with sore feet. This is exactly the support my body needed. I read reviews before purchasing and went with the product that did not have decorative grooves. It is kind of an eye sore in the kitchen but I don't care. IT IS WORTH IT. The green color is not as bright. It is more of a dark forest green. The mat is very sturdy, heavy, and thick. I don't see a way the edges could even curl up if they wanted to the way that it is designed. I only took off the one star because I was a little disappointed with the color.

It's heavy, stays in place, is easy to clean, wipe or brush. Is hardy and durable, but has a soft feel when you step on it. Feels good on the back, which you appreciate because you don't have to think about your back. Looks smart and sleek. Neutral color and classic shape helps it fit right into any decor.

Bought this mat for our pastor to use at church while he preaches. He loves it and says it has helped tremendously with back-pain, after preaching 2 services each week. It should also help curb the wear and tear on the carpet behind our pulpit.

The best anti-fatigue mat I have *ever* used. The price had given me pause in the past but no longer; I now have the 6' x 2' mat on my wish list.
