Yummy. Instantly adds umami flavor to savory dishes. A little goes a long way.

It’s a seasoning with an umami flavoring and it’s the cheaper version which is a good value for your money. It’s great with Asian dishes, I haven’t really tried it with anything else. Great with something like soy sauce, teriyaki, rice win vinegar or any combination of those dishes than need that umami kick. I only use three of four shakes per meal so it’s the right size for me as a single person who makes meals big enough for a few days. As long as the price is cheaper here than in the grocery store I’ll keep coming back.

I'm on my second bottle. I love this stuff. It just adds a little extra to whatever I'm making. I've added it to soups, risotto, casseroles, stews, chili, sauces. I won't be without it now.
