Great chocolate fix for ketoers or low-carbers!

I'm not a huge chocolate lover, but I do like to have some dark chocolate every now and then. Unfortunately, on a low-carb or keto diet, you're pretty restricted in what you can have in terms of chocolate. All I've found until this point were the terrible, sugar-free versions of regular dark chocolates. Those are okay, but the gastrointestinal side effects of the sugar alcohols are sometimes a problem.This stuff tastes great. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to someone who is looking for a more traditional chocolate taste -- it's definitely a dark chocolate. Slightly bitter at first, then it turns into a nice, rich sweetness. It's also a little gritty when you first start to eat it, but the smoothness kicks in after a few moments. One square of this (about 1/8 of the bar) is about the size of a mini Hershey's, but that's enough to curb my chocolate craving for a few days.While the texture and flavor of these is pretty fantastic, and they don't interfere with my diet, the cost (at time of review) is somewhat prohibitive to make these a regular treat. Definitely a great gift idea, though, for your low-carb friends.

Horrible and over price
HorribleI AM a dark chocolate connoisseur ( you might say). I love dark chocolate but this is over priced and sorry the taste was not that greatI am willing to pay the price of good quality dark chocolate but I can get 85%. In Lindt and higher in other brands for $2.49. Even $3.99I was curious because this bar had such reviews that I had to try. But will not buy again

Great but Expensive!
Delicious! And it is hard to find soy free chocolate these days. I was happy to find Taza. I just wish it was readily available in the grocery store. Also it is super expensive! But I needed a chocolate fix that wouldn't kick me out of Ketosis and that didn't have soy...

I didn't like the taste of this chocolate
I didn't like the taste of this chocolate. It's too harsh and grainy. I gave a bit of it to 3 co-workers and all of them didn't like it. I'll probably use it for hot chocolate. I won't buy this brand again.

More like a real food product than a treat
More like a real food product than a treat. The texture takes a bit of getting used to, but now I love it. The flavor is superb. The 80% is also great, and even the hard core 95%, but for me the 87% is the perfect level of intense dark without too much bitterness.

Best chocolate ever!
This is delicious stuff!!! The taste, the texture, there is nothing not to love. I will say, however, if you are used to Hershey's chocolate, this is very different, but in a great way.

Great but must love DARK chocolate
Loved this chocolate bar. Most chocolate is way too sweet for me, this one just tastes good.
