The Pitaya Plus Freeze Dried Powder is absolutly incredible! I was so excited to receive my order. I opened the package to find the most beautiful magenta color and couldn't wait to try it. I went on to the Pitaya Plus website and found an array of wonderful recipes. I also discovered the history of how Pitaya Plus came about. I highly recommend checking out the website and reading how Pitaya Plus has provided over 250 jobs for single mothers in Nicaragua.So far I have made the Peanut Butter Dragon recipe and the Pitaya Pump Up Smoothie which I found on their website. Delicious! I have also tried a few creations of my own. It has been such a great addition to my pre-workout snack, and an even better addition into my 5 year olds breakfasts ! As soon as she saw me make a bright pink creation in the blender she instantly wanted some! She loves having me add an extra scoop of Pitaya Plus so that the color is vibrant and bright.I have been adding Pitaya Plus into my pre-workout shake and I feel more energized now than before. I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

Good flavor, intense color. I bought it for baking/frosting cakes. Recommend pressing out the lumps before adding to any sort of batter or frosting. It is pricey, but I don't need to add a lot for intended use. My husband also loves it when I add to a citrus tea that I make with calamansi.

So I fell in love with the mango dragonfruit drink at Starbucks, but I wanted to be able to make them at home. I was on the hunt for a dragonfruit product that would work. I wasn’t able to find the same dehydrated mix that Starbucks uses but this is just as great. I have found that this works great for multiple uses. My favorites are for the mango dragonfruit copycat drink. That I like to use with lemonade, a tablespoon or two of the powder and a little bit of juice. My next favorite use is to make a lemon dragonfruit ice cream. I start with making a lemon ice cream and then add 2 to 4 tablespoons (depending on how strong you like it). We make the ice cream and then put it in our tovolo ice cream containers and put it in the freezer for a few hours and it is the perfect consistency. This has become a family favorite.

I recently learned about dragon fruit by listening to Anthony Williams Medical Medium. This is one of the ingredients required for the liver rescue smoothie. The powder is easy to use in my smoothie and blends quite easily. I wish this product was cheaper because I need to buy it in a bigger size.

I was truly looking forward to using this product. There was no flavor, no sweetness to it. It is pricy and not worth the money I spent. I will still shop for a different brand of the dragon fruit powder.

Love this was an organic, all natural colorant for my daughter's graduation party alcoholic drinks and for the Instagram worthy color it gave my smoothie bowls I made after! Hate the price for how little you get!
