I originally brought these lights to finish off both my and my sons newly decorated room. The lights in my room seemed fine but after 3 days of being up they developed a fault so I contacted the seller and sent photographs of the fault. My sons lights had not glue on the back of the lights so totally useless. The sellers initial contact was brilliant but that is where it stopped, I had to contact them numerous times, then they thought it would be ok to offer me half a refund bearing in mind I had paid over £50 for the products. The products were faulty and not fit for purpose so beware as I had a fight on my hands to get my money back but Amazon came to the rescue.

not he same standard as purchased lat year, the adhesive is terrible, it was installed as an add on to a ceiling, it lasted 1 night before falling to the ground ( the 10 meters purchased last year was installed the same way and is still hanging fine) and now it wont stick at all. When joining the old to the new LED circuits, wiring logic isn't maintained, if I set the lighting via the remote to red I get 10m of red lighting (OLD Lights) and 10 m of blue Lights (New lights), total waste of money. This is not due to incorrect instalation, I am an electrician, this is the product!!!!Also there is a noticable difference in lighting, the last 10 meters purchased from this company is very poor comapred to the previous purchase. Honestly dont waste your money and time with these lights

The actual lights are pretty good. But there was a problem with mine when i clicked blue one would go red and then other green. And yes i did connect them properly. With the arrows facing eachother.The actual lights are very good quality. And water resistant (ip65)Also dont make the same mistake as men THESEBSO NOT COME WITH A POWER CABLE so u need to pick one up. It is a standard barrel 12.4v conector

Not a bad light set the tape on them is pointless I had to use a separate tape adhesive to fit them but the light quality is spot on. Remote has on the rare occasion needed a reset as it will stop communicating with Google but that could be Google also and not the remote. the 4 pin connection to the controller unit could be a little better also for me its to loose needs to be a little tighter connection.

This is a great quality product feels really strong, has geĺ coating around the less so will be waterproof. Easy setup with a 12v power supply, wifi receiver is very small which is good also can buy more of £8 and the remote is a good quality. All the led are very bright however there is a strip that is a different colour, don't know if o e if the led is damaged. What do people think from the photo?

Loved the lights, worked great with alexa along with the App and looked fab on my garden bar. Unfortunately after only a few hours of use the blue lights stopped working and typically it is the main colour i wanted. Now when selecting blue i get either green or nothing at all. I would send back for replacement or refund but tbh it is going to be way to much effort having to repaint as the adhesive will rip it off so i will have to make do i suppose. Other than the fault i have i would recommend hoping this is just a 1 off.

The actual strips were very adhesive to surfaces, but the light wasn’t the brightest - even on the max setting. The colours when pressed on the remote were wrong, even after resetting the strip. White didn’t seem to work for some reason. All of the colour modes weren’t correct, and some didn’t work at all! Lastly, the app was out of date and also did not seem to work with my strips - neither did the Alexa skill. For this price, it’s just not adequate.

Absolutely amazing purchase. Transforms your room and you can set custom colours, brightness and even strobe or fade the light. Good value for money
