All my older bikes are scuffed and scratched from carrying them on my old racks with straps. I always dreaded the ordeal of loading them - threading the bars through the frames, tightening the straps, etc. This rack makes the process is fast, stupid simple and only your tires have contact with the rack. The integrated lock is great, but could also be the downfall of the whole system if it fails or you lose the key since it's the same mechanism that tightens the rack into the hitch. So far it works great. The ability to adjust the angle with the quick release handle works as advertised and is very handy if you have this on the back of a hatch or SUV. Very happy with this purchase.

There are many things to love abouot this rack. It's very sturdy and the end handle to raise and lower the rack is easy to access. It seems very capable of carrying the heavier ebikes. I gave it 4 starts because overall I'm happy with the rack.Here are some things that I wish were better. Even when tightened down, the rack has a slight wobble to it. Less wobble than my last rack (Kuat) but more than my neighbor's (Thule). The round handle that can be used to secure the locking cable is hard to reach when bikes are mounted. You amost need to climb under the rack to reach it. As advertised, this rack won't work with bike fenders, I understood that before buying. But I was afraid it wouldn't work with my wife's ebike that has the battery mounted in a luggage carrier over the back tire. I was able to make it work, so that didn't turn out to be a problem. With a bike mounted in the closest position to the vehicle, I'm not able to tilt back the rack enought to swing open the hatch on my SUV. My last rack had a steeper angle and allowed this. The adjustable tire inserts work, so I don't have a major complaint. I just wish there was a way to make them adjustable but not removable.Overall I'm happy with my purchase, the other options I was considering were much more money. I feel this is a great value for the money and I didn't sacrifice features or convenience to get a well built quality bike rack.

I love this bike rack so far. Used it for Big Dam Bridge 100 which is 300 miles from me and didn’t have any issues.

I really wanted this bike rack to work. I had read all the reviews and decided it’s worth trying. It arrived later than promised however the packaging is well done with little assembly. The problem is not where it attaches to the hitch that’s solid. The hinge mechanism is where the wobble is and it’s bad. I almost lost my bike. I did contact support helpful but not the solution. I ended up returning the rack which takes 30 days to get your refund. Not good.

Will work as intended but I regret buying this. Pre-drilled holes seem to be off. I had a hard time trying not to strip the mounting bolts during assembly. Took a lot of time trying to check bolt alignments and disassembling before tightening everything. I had to reset it several times to get the right alignment. It is not a secure build. Anyone w/ a hex driver can easily mess around w/ the rack and compromise the setup. Deflated tires is also a con. If you travel to an area where theft is a problem, will need thicker cables to deter and delay. Not a complete solution to secure expensive bikes.Update 7/1/2024: The rack appears solid after several uses and I am not returning it. I also had the weird tilt and was about to readjust my hitch when I saw all the posted photos here. All have the same tilt to the right. There is a serious flaw on the key lock. The cylinder is metal but the spot holding it in place is hard plastic. Twisting the knob after locking it would cause the plastic parts to flex and twist out of place. Not a very reassuring sight when the whole hitch can be easily removed once that plastic part breaks. The safety pin is a nice feature but it is not enough to hold the rack in place. Would prefer a locking hitch pin to completely secure the setup but that is not an option on this item. Now I am looking for a way to clamp that pin and improve security.

Originally had shipping issues with Amazon that took over a month to get a refund for, but you can't blame the bike rack. It's a solid bike rack, well made, easy to use. I was worried about the "Max Size" being for a bike with a 48" Wheel Base, although it fits my 50" Wheel Base Enduro and holds it in on rough terrain. Some reviews complain about a "wobble" in the rack, although mine doesn't have any wobble when driving loaded in rougher terrain.

I’m hesitant to use the 2-bike rack. I had a Curt vehicle hitch installed 1-1/4”. The bike rack comes as a 1-1/4” but the safety bolt cannot go all the way through because the bolt for the anti wobble is in the way and the hole in the hitch is not a large enough diameter. So I’m worried that the only thing securing the rack to the hitch is tightening the anti wobble knob.Hoping that works and I don’t lose $4000 of E-Bikes.

I’m a roadie!!!!! This rack rocks and is the best value for this style of rack. I owned one for two years prior which was damaged in a rear end car accident. I was well pleased and purchased it again as a replacement!!!!!!!!!
