Supervision: Concepts and Skill-Building 8th Edition

I bought this book for a college class. I was happy with the product. It was what I needed and it was the book I ordered. I also think it was package properly and I received it with no damage. The price was reasonable for a college book which others that I have bought new were outrageously priced.

This book has a wealth of knowledge in it.. I see the changes in the workforce and in business. the last time I studied this was in 1988. Wow, the difference in the explanations and theory as compared to the 20th century. Love the current updates that brought about the change in supervising a diverse culture.

This is a great book. Definitely my go-to book for industrial supervision reference. It's also helpful to people not in an industrial supervision position, but it specifically caters to those who seek information on workplace efficiency, cost savings, and ethics.

I got the book. It is in good shape. Haven't returned it yet.
