Barely lasted 9 months. First went the power. The mp3 player wouldn't turn on or off easily by pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds. It would stay on and waste your battery without your knowledge. After that the Bluetooth malfunctioned too. It started by taking ages to find and connect to a device then whenever you activated the Bluetooth on it it would should shut down.#Want a full refund!!!

Don't expect EXCEPTIONAL SOUND QUALITY from this mp3 player. At best the sound quality is about average. On the plus side this unit feels and looks beautiful and made of high quality materials. The preset EQ settings were pretty much useless when paired up with wireless bluetooth earbuds or headphones, something I wish I would have know before ordering this mp3. I have a 5 year old mp3 player made of cheap plastic that only cost me $10.00 that sounds way better than this one so yeah I am a little disappointed with the sound quality.

When I received the unit, I read the instructions (minimal at best) and plugged it in to charge it overnight. The next day I started downloading music from my PC. After 6GB's the unit went black and will not power back up. I have a replacement coming and hopefully will be able to update this review with more stars.UPDATE: Received the replacement unit and have downloaded gigs of music and have use it a lot and no issues. But, navigating the menu is "cludgy", but manageable.

Completely unable to use this device. The user guide must be no greater than 3 point font. Useless even n with magnifying glass. Navigation buttons appear to visible in the picture shown with the product, but it is not actually useful on the device. I tried to use it but looked couldn't figure it out on my own.It makes me curious. Are these people only willing to sell to a limited set of consumers?

It has been over a month since I used it , when I turn it on the screen just stays on the WELCOME screen.I held the on/off button on for 30 seconds hopefully to reset since I don't see i reset button. Nothing seems to work. I even went to You Tube to see how to reset.Was great when it worked.

No trouble loading CD's via my PC and the sound was excellent but on day 2 it just stopped working. Tried everything I could think of (nothing in the instructions that dealt with rebooting the system) in fact the instructions that came with the player were inadequate at best, so I returned it. Important to note it was not dropped or abused in any way it just locked up.

We were excited about this, it looked great, but Unfortunately we were not able to use the product. We charged it fully, used it one time, and it never worked again. We threw the box away after it came, nowWe are are not sure what to do.

It looks and feels strong. It is very easy to set up and populate with music files. Unlike other similar products at the same price range, all the features in this player are functional. The sound quality is very good.
