TUBETASTIC TUBE SKIMMER WITH 18" REACH TUBE

Used it to pull engine oil out of a radiator. Worked great after some southern engineering. The little washer is useless in that situation. Design is odd. Needs to be able to fit into a bucket. On the inside or out with the spout in the bucket but did some more southern engineering and made it work. I would buy it again. If need be.

Works great. Easy to mount and can fit in almost any location!Instruction were easy to follow.We use this in our degreaser tank to pull the oil out and keep it fresh.

These units remove 1 gallon of oil per hour, about double the rate of most competitors. The major flaws are their plastic gears in the motor assembly, and the wiper on the tube. These poor designs as you can see in the picture means these units last maybe 2 months max. If you want durability, purchase a Zebra Sidewinder, they use a ceramic wiper which keeps debris out of the drive system, they have an on/off switch, and their motor doesn't run as hot. We've been running one 24/7 for months now. On top of it all, their customer service doesn't stand behind the product.
