Tried two bites, threw out
This product was terrible. I cooked according to instructions and texture was similar to pasta, but much tougher, so I cooked longer. It was still tough and when I tasted it first bite was okay. The more I chewed, the worse the taste got and the second bite was terrible. We threw the rest away.

Great LC substitute for Pasta!
At first I thought these were a bit pricey. There are four servings according to the label, but when you add additional ingredients to a dish of the Zeroodles you can stretch a bag even further. I got seven meals for myself out of a bag. The texture is like an al dente linguine noodle. The flavor has a very mild bean taste, but that’s easily masked with a sauce. I think the noodles taste great with pesto sauce!

Good pasta, awful price
Bought multi packs (6 per order) of the same brand for about the same price. Thought this order was for a pack of them too... It wasn't, my fault. Won't order again.

The product was misrepresented.
The package says Mung Bean Fettuccini. But, I received Edamame pasta. We can not have soy products. So, I returned all four packages. We LOVE the mung bean. Hope you will stock it soon.

So deceiving
I ordered mung bean fettuccine like the picture but I got a black bean fettuccine which is completely different. This is so deceiving

Texture and taste is very nice
I used to buy shirataki noodles but I found that no matter how much you rinsed them, the smell was there and also the texture was off putting. But with this product, the texture is quite similar to typical pasta and there's no unpleasant smell of any kind. As for taste, there's a bit of bean taste but it's easily masked with any kind of sauce. So far, I've made stroganoff, fettuccini alfredo, and thai chicken fettuccini and it's all been delicious!

Noodles only a state of ketosis could love
"Mmmm, mung bean noodles" - Sentences only uttered by people on keto.Better than nothing, I guess. It's as close as you're going to get so JUST DO IT.

Ingredients
Since the picture of the product did not include the ingredient list, I assumed mung beans were the sole ingredient. Its not, there is also soy bean. As soy is an allergen for so many, including me, I am stuck with 2 (mandatory order) packages. Beware....Soy Bean is the second ingredient listed.

Very close to regular pasta! Delicious!
I didn't have high hopes for this low carb product. My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised, and hubby is a very picky eater. We enjoyed this pasta very, very much. It cooks up much faster than regular pasta too, which is a great time saver. Will purchase again.
