First off the electronic component did not charge. Secondly the belt barely stretched so unless you already are slim and trim,. you will not be able to fit it around you, thouch you could stick it too you with those creepy sticky pads it comes with.

This belt for sure works to tone your stomach and make your core strong just in few days it felt like a rock when I flex. The pads don’t last long though so I will probably try those adhesive gels that people that talk about, be consistent
