This looked the best of various offerings for my needs as (a) it was translucent, so wouldn't spoil the look of the varnished wooden stairs; (b) it was 4 inches wide, so gives a decent grippy area; (c) it could be cut to length, so it could be adapted to the odd tread lengths on our turning stairs. It's lived up to all these expectations. It's pretty much invisible, grips well to the wood, and was very easy to fit; the roller supplied with the kit really helps in getting a well-attached bubble-free fitting. The glue allowed unpeeling and re-adjustment when I'd got the initial placement a bit out, but shows no sign of lifting now everything is in place. The length supplied meant I had about 1/3 of it left having done a flight of a dozen stairs. Really good stuff.

This stuff is brilliant. My dog loves nothing more than to climb up on the windowsill and watch the world go by and she was slip-sliding everywhere until I applied this stuff. Now our hearts aren't in our mouths as she " mountain goats" along the edge. Very grippy stuff, doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. It's been on for six weeks and shows no sign of wear and tear. I've wiped off muddy paw marks and that went well. I also get the feeling it will be easy to remove when the time comes. Literally looking for more surfaces I can stick it to. Fantastic product.

Had to repaint where I'd stuck it wrong and put down a new strip as very adhesive. The enclosed roller helps. Not 'invisible' especially walking up the stairs where the light reflects off it but definitely makes our stairs safer and not so obvious to bother us.

The little roller is very helpful to get even adhesion. Trimmed the corners off as suggested -genius! Did just what I wanted and now feel much more confident on the stairs. Cats not bothered by how it feels on their paws either. Would recommend.

Having never used a product like this previously I was a little sceptical, but it surpassed my expectations. Easy to cut to length and round the corners as advised. Getting it aligned straight on the step started off tricky but you get the hang of it. Once rollered on it is barely visible when looking down on it which was my main worry beforehand. You can see a sheen when looking at a bit of an angle though. Gives a nice bit of grip when going up or down which is the whole point of the product. I would definitely recommend and use this again.

Easy to put in place, stick well a bit too well, no mistakes allowed!Problem is that the dust is getting on top of it and it doesn't look great against the white staircase.I recommend maybe against a dark stained colour but not on white.

Not enough on the roll for 12 stairs,Supposed to be clear, but easily detected on a white surface, are easy to peel off even after using the roller, and can't feel any tread. Im just hoping that they work and I don't slip down the stairs, which is why I purchased it

Useful, but very hard to remove without damaging the stairs - it’s getting off together with the paint .Also getting quite messy after few months

Bisogna dire che ,nonostante io fossi titubante sul risultato finale , alla fine ho dovuto ricredermi. La qualità del prodotto è molto buona, aderenza perfetta sul parquet, discretamente trasparenti e non raccolgono troppo lo sporco.Ne ho acquistati due rotoli dopo aver provato un altro prodotto della concorrenza che mi ha deluso molto: non era sufficientemente trasparente, raccoglieva sporcizia facilmente e, nel toglierlo, ha rimosso un po' di vernice . Questo mi sembra abbia una colla meno invadente . Oltretutto il rullo fornito è utilissimo per l'applicazione . Ottimo prodotto!

Mi perra, pastor alemán de 11 años, me ha obligado a buscar un antideslizante para las escaleras: se escurría y tenía dificultad para subirlas (será por la edad porque hasta ahora no tenía problemas). Ha sido ponerlo y subirlas perfectamente.Nos preocupaba un poco la estética pero, como se ve por la fotos, solo se nota dependiendo del ángulo de visión.Contentos con la compra.

Das hat aber wiederum den Vorteil, dass man sie perfekt an seine Treppe anpassen kann wie man möchte (daher kein Abzug).Das Band selbst ist großzügig und war in meinem Fall (1,5cm breiter Streifen auf jeder Stufe, 2 Treppen) mehr als ich brauchte.Sie haften super - kein einziger Streifen ist bis jetzt abgegangen.Sind sehr dezent (man sieht sie kaum).Sie helfen optimal gegen das Abrutschen.Und das Wichtigste: Sie sehen nach einem halben Jahr noch immer genauso aus wie am ersten Tag!Kann sie nur weiter empfehlen und bin echt zufrieden damit.
