Gold Bond Radiance Renewal Hydrating Lotion, 20 oz., for Visibly Dry Skin, Family Size

The media could not be loaded. This lotion is a part of my nightly routine. I’ve been using it for a few years now and it makes my 48-year-old hands look younger and hydrated. I love how thick and luxurious it feels yet it soaks in to the skin rather quickly. It does not feel greasy. The smell reminds me of being on vacation, which is an added bonus. The lotion itself is thick and creamy and does a great job of softening my skin. I can’t recommend this enough and I have recommended it to all my friends and family who listen.

Let me start by saying that all the gold bond lotions that I've tried have been pretty freaking fantastic. What makes this one my favorite is that other only does it make my skin soft and shiny but it smells heavenly! Often times in thw summer months I don't use body sprays or perfumes so this lotion is ideal as it smells delicious and gives my skin the moisture it needs. My ONLY complaint is that when I near the end of every bottle, I have to literally cut them open with a knife and scoop out what remains with a spatula because it's so thick. Seriously, if you do this you'll see that SO MUCH is being wasted by simply tossing it away when the pump stops working. I get at least 1/2 cup of this lotiony goodness by slicing and scraping what's otherwise left behind. I am not overly fond of plastic jars for healty and beauty products but in this case I would prefer it. The thickness of this lotion is wonderful but it really requires different packaging to avoid serious waste.

I won't repeat what I'm about to say with every review. What you need to know about why so many of my ratings are 5 stars. I spend an inordinate amount of time and effort before purchasing a product, with comparisons, its properties, and price. Depending on the price I might surf the entire internet before deciding on a purchase. Depending on the item when I fail to use this formula, the product's use will be less than acceptable. This Gold Bond performs exactly as described. Unlike CeraVe Intensive which I"m using now, falls far short of expectations. I will give it 2 stars.

Just received my first bottle today. It's just wonderful . Immediately moisturized my hands and wrists. I tend to wash my hands often, and like to moisturize them after each time. Now I have this "huge" ( 20 oz) bottle with pump and have used it about 5 times already on my hands, and they are soft and look about 5 years younger. Tried it on my neck and face and my skin just soaked up the moisture as if it had been thirsty forever. No greasiness or breakouts.. The price is wonderful for this quality product. Already signed up for subscribe and save. Has light natural smell consisting of the 3 main oils. Looking forward to drenching myself in this after my bath tomorrow. Adds a bit of joy into these wintry days. Feel hopeful about coming improvement in my looks & skin health.

Why does something that feels so good hurt so bad?The lotion itself is great, not perfumy, not watery or oily. It's a thicker consistency but for me that feels like quality/richness.If you are going to purchase this lotion, I'd advise you to get the smaller bottles that have to be squeezed.I ordered this online after trying, and finishing, the 5.5oz capped squeeze bottle.After unlocking the plunger and pressing a bit to get the lotion up the tube, I received an electrical shock when the first bit of lotion touched my hand.It was an audible, orange shock that felt more pronounced than a common static shock.After looking it up I felt relieved that I wasn't the only one to be shocked by lotion. But it seems to only be this brand, and only the plunger-capped bottles.Again the lotion itself is great, but now every time I reach for this family-sized bottle, in the back of my mind I'm afraid I'll be shocked again.BUYER BEWARE:GET THE SMALLER SQUEEZE BOTTLES INSTEAD.

I’m 67, have tried 100s of body oils and lotions and having used this for 2 days, my skin has never looked or felt better. This lotion knocks it out of the par. It feels rich going on, absorbs and leaves my skin feeling better than it ever has, all day. And, it looks nourished. HIGHLY Recommend- I’m ordering another bottle- thank you for this phenomenal product.

Ok, so I first tried this Gold Bond Radiance Renewal Ultimate Hydrating Lotion last year when the pandemic had us washing our hands many times a day through the winter. I worked in a lab, and the gloves were drying my hands even worse. One of my co-workers let me try this stuff, and it was amazing!!! It instantly brought moisture to my dry, cracking skin, and it wasn’t greasy! I actually said, “Wow, oh, my gosh, look!!!” It instantly brought life back to my dry hands, and it didn’t hurt to move them because they were so chapped any more. It was instantly better.I bought my own bottle here, and it’s still amazing! If you need to put on latex/nitrile gloves after using this lotion, you can do it, because it doesn’t make you greasy. It’s amazing, and I believe that I will use this stuff to the last drop! Seriously, any other lotion I’ve tried makes your hands sticky or greasy, but this does none of that. This stuff is the best. You have a slightly silky touch after using it. It’s nourishing. If you use it on your legs, your legs don’t stick to your pant legs, either. I tried it! Perfect product…Also, I hate scents in any lotion. This has a very slight smell. It smells a tiny bit like coconut. That’s not bad! Natural is the best.I was asked to rate how easy it is to spread. It’s not quite as easy as other lotions to spread. It is dense, and if you’re looking to spread it over hairy arms, you will need a comb. Either that, or you could spread it on your slightly wet body after a shower/bath. I think that would solve the difficulty spreading issue. I think that it absorbs into the skin so nicely. The skin does not look oily after rubbing it in. I think the formulation is a real winner.
