Most hair oils are too thick and leaves my hair feeling too oily but this oil is very light and easy to spread through your hair and scalp without making it feel too heavy on your hair. wow. just wow! I used this about 2 days ago for the very first time and then again today for the second time and I'm already starting to see and feel a little bit of a difference in my hair! My hair stopped at just above the bottom of my shoulder blades when I first applied this serum. But when I applied it again today I noticed that my hair is now even with the bottom of my shoulder blades. It isn't a very noticeable difference but it's still a difference none the less! My hair feels softer, smoother, and a little stronger than it did before I started using this too. Before, my hair would tangle easy, I had lots of split ends and was kind of frizzy as well. Now, when the brush goes right through my hair without snagging, I can run my hands through it with ease and my hair doesn't look puffy from frizz. I absolutely love the smell too! It is kind of potent, but you can really smell the lavender oil so it has this sort of calming effect to it! The Container is super cute and comes with a pretty good sized glass dropper to apply it as well as a little day by day chart to track how many times you've applied it in a month! It's made from natural ingredients that you can trust and you are able to ingest, but it the box and bottle both advise against ingesting it, which is a good thing! Unfortunately, the directions are a little vague and doesn't tell you how much you're supposed to use. It also does not tell you how to apply it. All it says is to apply a generous amount, let the scalp absorb the serum, and to rinse your hair of it feels oily. What I've been doing is applying a little starting at the bottom of your scalp and rub it around, repeating until Ive covered my entire scalp. Then I use my fingers through my hair to just kind of work it through the length of my hair as well. It does leave a bit of an oily feeling to your hair so I would recommend rinsing your hair after it sits for a while. The dropper only fills about half way before stopping and i have to refill the dropper about 4 times in order to do my entire scalp. So it does take a good little bit to completely cover your scalp. I haven't had a bad reaction to the ingredients which is a great thing because almost everything breaks me out or makes my scalp dry and flakey. so overall even though I've only used it twice theres already a slight difference in the way my hair looks, smells and feels! I definitely recommend this if you are think about buying for yourself or anyone else!

So I currently have a problem with my hair thinning and falling out along the top of my scalp. My doctor told me it is most likely due to traction alopecia. Basically this is a type of hair loss caused by friction to the hair follicles causing them to grow weak or fall off easily. I was told vitamins and shampoo may help, but to stop the problem from worsening I need to stop doing what is causing the irritation in the first place...wearing gaming headphones nearly 6-12 hours a day lol.I've tried wearing earbuds, but I can't stand anything in my ear and it's not an option for me. I need my headphones for gaming and youtubing. Well so far since I've been using this oil I've noticed my hair has stopped falling out as easily when I shampoo during a shower. I used to get a ton of hair on my hands when lathering my hair, but not so much since I've started using this stuff.I can't speak for how this product will work for those of you looking for an anti-balding solution, since my problem is different than the usual causes of balding. It may or may not work for genetic balding or balding from age, but it has definitely helped strengthen my hair so I'm just here sharing my results. Good luck!

Did nothing for my hair

So far I've been blown away with the quality of this specific serum. As someone who has tried various other hair thinning remedies - specifically serums from The Ordinary and BioTopic, this product is the first I think is worth a second investment. Usually with products like this the effects take such a long time to take effect that you begin to doubt their effectiveness. However with this formula I've felt a difference from the start. If you're considering buying the product I highly recommend taking progress pictures - it's really inspiring really to keep with the routine.The serum itself is fantastic. In the past I've bought The Ordinary's hair serum from Sephora and was disappointed that the container came cracked with half the contents spilled in the package. By comparison this serum was packaged very well in a white cardboard sheath and lots of little touches from the brand to show they actually cared. The serum itself is pretty thick, slightly more watery than olive oil with a nice floral scent. It leaves your hair somewhat oily and slick, but much more manageable than other topical solutions have. Overall, I think I've found the product I'm going to be doubling down on in the future.

I received this product complimentary. I used it for about a week and did not notice much difference. It smells like a mixture of hair oils but the smell isn’t unpleasant. I will use it a little longer and come back to update this review if anything changes.

I direct mine to my scalp then to the lower 6 inches of hair with what's left on my fingers, maybe a few extra drops in the begining. First two weeks nothing. Third and fourth week better looking ends on long hair. Fifth to sixth fuller, thicker hair. Here's the best... seventh week I noticed I hadn't pulled a glob of hair out of the shower in a while. I went from pulling a glob of hair out of the shower every 5 days to now being on the third week of no slow drain. I think I have more active follicles now too. Be sure to wash out well or it is noticable.
