I had used this product(Siberian pine nut oil) in the past for what I thought, and probably was, "acid reflux problem". After trying many over the counter remedies, home remedies, and physician prescriptions for my condition , without much success, I did some research on my own and found several articles that referred to the successful use of this oil for a number of gastric problems which included "acid reflux". I had all the classic symptoms of this conditions and over the years, had gotten progressively worse, so I guess you could say that I was desperate. I ordered a bottle of this oil and used it per instructions. I had found out that some people respond faster than others, so I thought that any success that I had would be the longer period of time. I started t notice some improvement after about seven days and continued taking the oil per instructions for another week or so, it was during that last several days that I could really tell that I truly was better. I had used about 2/3 of the amount of oil in the bottle. I stopped taking it at that time because I was experiencing none of the symptoms of "acid reflux" that had bothered me for years !!!. I did take a teaspoon of the oil once a week until I had depleted the contents of the bottle.. I remained " symptom free " for about six months. I did notice that the gastric discomfort started to reappear along about that time so I ordered another bottle of the Siberian pine Nut Oil and took it for 3 or 4 days and the gastric discomfort disappeared . I now take a teaspoon about once a week and I have no "gastric/acid reflux" any more. I absolutely think that the Siberian Pine Nut Oil has been responsible for my improvement. I urge people to do their own investigation, but I give credit to my use of this oil for causing my gastric problems to disappear.

This has been almost a miracle in managing and healing gastrointestinal pain from ulcers. At first I was skeptical, having tried just about every other recommended natural product for this condition, and even eliminating all things from my diet that could be problematic, all to no avail. However, as this is the only thing that has worked for me, I now I highly recommend this product to others.

It tasted stale!! I haven't noticed any of the proposed benefits. I think taking 1 tsp of EVOO before each meal would do the same thing. It's 100+ extra calories I don't need. If it's going to make me eat less, then I gain those calories by taking the oil. Waste of money!

Bottle arrived covered in oil and leaking from cap. The cap won't close properly, so the oil will go bad. I can't even return it because the entire oil will spill out in the box.

This oil has no adverse taste or digestive after effects like some supplement oils. Jury still out on any health benefits.
