This ships in 2 separate packages delivered a few days apart. Assembly is pretty simple, just a little tedious. 2 people 2 hours is about right. When all assembled, product looks great. Does not feel cheap. Electric fireplace is very nice. Does a good job heating. Remote also has nice functions including turning the flame light on but without any heat, which is nice for the ambiance. Remote can reach over 10 feet. Shelves can be placed at different heights which is good depending on how you want to decorate. Customer service was also great. I had to contact them on 2 different occasions and both times they quickly resolved the matter. I was a bit worried because this wasn't amazon prime but definitely worth it.

This is one of the best purchases I have made from Amazon for sure!! It was easy to assemble with my husband, very well made and looks amazing in our living room. Puts out great heat and I love that the glass does not get warm to touch!! Very highly recommended!!

Sturdy product, pretty

My husband let me get this because of how well it matched our living room flooring, and it’s more amazing in person than in the pictures and it’s a great value for the money ! You do have to follow directions to put together but I was able to do it myself no problem. Would recommend to everyone!!

I love it , it is exactly what it explained it was(would like it to of make the crackle fire noise) Puts out great heat an heats up a large area also helps keep the heat pump from coming on so much.. Just plain love it!!

So a year later the remote started malfunctioning and was no longer able to control the temperature. Even while it was working, one had to press as hard as they can in order for the remote to send the signal, but I let it go... Now, since it started acting weird, there is no way to regulate the temperature from the panel. What an idiotic design?! I am stuck with temp. settings that I cannot change. For this price, this is a shame. After contacting support, they said they do not have extra remote controls sold separately. Extremely disappointed.

Pictures don't do this unit justice. Gorgeous! It took about 3 hours to assemble with a Philips screw driver and a drill. The drill isn't necessary but it makes things go quicker. In case anyone is wondering the pic shows the unit with a 65 inch TV mounted above it. Two thumbs up👍👍

This took hours to assemble but the end product is a beautiful addition to my home. We absolutely love the product and it is perfect space heater for our livingroom. The option to have just the faux fire burning without the heater is lovely. This is a purchase I would make again.
