Mine has a bad switch
I have used this steam less than a dozen times, this morning I was using it and in on and off switch stopped working it will still steam but you can't adjust it.

QUick Wrinkle Remover
I only used the steamer as a wrinkle remover. I didn't try it for facial, I should've. As a wrinkle remover it worked quickly, that's what I needed in the product.

Trash. Broke soon after purchasing. Cheap China crap, you really do get what you pay for. Spend a few more dollars and get a real one instead of this crap.
