Best Price Mattress® New Innovated Box Spring Metal Bed Frame, Queen

I recently purchased this product as my husband is a larger man (6'3 400 lbs- solidly built!). We liked the idea of this product and thought we'd give it a try. The package arrived on time, was easy to put together, very light, etc etc. However, there appeared to be a defect in one of the supports that caused the bedframe to snap. We notified the seller immediately and they told us they'd send us a new one (after proper documentation). A week later, they finally sent this out. We also asked for verification for the "weight limit" on the bed, but we have yet to receive a response. This product is a good idea for "smaller" couples who want a sturdy frame, but this isn't the product for us. We feel we may visit another site to get a stronger more durable box spring alternative (Overstock.com has some good ones). We love Amazon and love the product idea, but the company just doesn't meet our expectations with customer service and satisfaction.

I really love the idea of this product so i bought it, when i got it, it came very fast and was very exciting to get put together, I was only myself putting it together and it was very easy to figure out. it did have some wire sapports that were a bit bent and missing many sqrews if you were to attach to headboard, I did not need it for that and can get screws when the time comes to attach a headboard, but this would be a bummer if i wanted to have a headboard attached at this time. maybe i should of taken it back to get an undamaged frame but I had many family visiting and just did not have the time. I am sure if all was well it would be perfect and very sturdy.

I needed a temporary solution (1 year) after my expensive bed was destroyed by water damage. The mattress was the only thing that didnt get damaged. I didn't want the fuss of buying and moving another bed a year from now when I move. I looked into other options. In the end I needed to purchase a set of box springs. I saw this item and new it was perfect for my needs. It is portable for when I need to put it away. Easy to put together and take apart. It gives me plenty of space to store belongings underneath as well. If you are in need of something as a placeholder for 1-2 years this frame is perfect!

Bought this because our box spring wouldn't fit up our staircase. This was an awesome buy. It was easy to put together, and after 2 months of use, we haven't had any issues with it. The only drawback is getting it attached to our current headboard. Otherwise, we are very happy with this purchase.

It was delivered very promptly. Easy to set up, no problems. Seemed sturdy for the first month, now creaks and cracks when you move about the bed. It doesn't seem like it's going to break and it doesn't sway or move at all, just very noisy.

It was great to not have to worry about a box spring, but it makes the mattress a bit firm. Had to add some fluff to the top of the bed with a layer of foam.

love the hight of the frame both for storage and getting out of bed. but this thing squeaks, loud and annoying, with every toss and turn you make.

The inventor was genius. I put this bed frame together with my elderly father and the only tool we chose was pliers to tighten the wing nuts as we put this together. It took us about 15 minutes. I love the fact you can use under bed storage boxes as it is high enough to do so. Very sturdy and I'm glad I bought this as a solution for a guest bedroom.
