Botanical Interests, Salpiglossis Superbissima Blend

Love these flowers, hope the come up.

Very beautiful, tall plants. I got a ton of compliments from the neighbors. Im growing them in zone 10a, Los Angeles, CA climate. They have been doing exceptional during all of spring, will have to see if they die down once the summer heatwave comes in.They are a little bit sensitive and can easily get root rot/stem wilt, but its worth to grow them, just make sure to plant more in case a few wilt. Next year I will surely plant many more of these beauties.I also realized that pinching them at the tip will prompt them to send out side shoots and become more robust, sturdy plants.Highly recommended, make sure to plant many of them as there are various colors to enjoy!The germination rate was excellent, I kept them covered in darkness until they sprouted, as advised on the package.
