Good laptop for the price
Very easy to set up. Got started within a few minutes. Compared with my previous laptop it downloads very quickly. Good quality key board and screen resolution. For the price it is a very good buy.

Definitely worth the investment 👌
I looked at reviews both here and externally as you have to get it right with a laptop. Last time I got a notebook was disappointing as it didn't have a DVD slot but that was 10 years ago and in reality you don't need the DVD slot anymore.I am very happy with the performance as far... Am having an issue with the shift button being sticky but hoping it is just teething problems.Internet runs like a dream.Worth the £350-£400. Always advise people to look at multiple sources when spending this kind of money.

Excellent tablet
This tablet is a pleasure to use, the size and the weight are just right and the display is very nice. The battery lasts and lasts. The charger is the same as for my Samsung galaxy mobile so no need to buy.

Great for the money
So far seems like a very good machine for the price... the screen is probably the weakest part of this computer in terms of brightness and viewing angle (resolution is good) but for the money I cannot fault it. My son was disappointed the camera does not support Windows 10 facial recognition for authentication on login... does not have the infrared capability I think, but not to be expected on a budget PC

Great Product
New laptop arrived ahead of schedule. It's well made and feels substantial. It's early days but everything functions well and is fast compared to the old windows 7 laptop it replaces.

Good value for money laptop
Bought this 2 weeks ago to work from home. Fulfils the purpose nicely with good screen size and performance. So far so good.

I can't recommend buying this
When shiny and new, it looks good but in use its disappointing. Its got a poor screen, well below the quality of many other laptops. Its keyboard isn't as good to type on as many. The SD card slot reads cards at USB 1.0 speeds (<<1MB/s though curiously it'll write at 30MB/s), and often fails/locks up the computer. HP support and engineers haven't fixed this - in fact their visits made my laptop worse inasmuch as they knocked off the wifi aerial and didn't reopen the case/reconnect it but left the house even after I'd pointed this out in front of their engineer! I've wasted days of my time trying to get the SD card issue resolved, to no avail. If you want to expand the 256GB of SATA (not NVMe format) disk, you'll find that the connectors for a SATA3 SSD are missing (even though there's space in the case) and are incredibly expensive to buy - to the point that it's not worth bothering. And as the M2 SSD is SATA, so your options are more limited than whats available in the better performing NMVe format, and more expensive to boot.Pay the extra £100 and get something like the Lenovo V15. In fact, I'd say stay away from HP as their tech support was frustrating and ultimately useless.

Good Service
The product itself is very good. Not only did the item arrive a couple of days earlier than expected, but after having a problem setting the laptop up, the supplier (MESH) were very good in getting back to me with a reply to my query
