These Are Amazing!
My husband was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, and the pain was causing him to miss his morning walk to the lake. The podiatrist told him to buy some insoles from a big box store and wear sneakers. This was some help, but he still couldn’t take his walk without pain, and when he got up in the morning it took a lot of stretching before he could bear the thought of putting his feet on the floor. I decided to order these Activre insoles. The price is definitely right—and these are not some flimsy gel things—they are quite firm, like something you’d pay $75-$100 for at a podiatrist. He followed the directions, just wearing them for an hour the first day. Then on the second day he forgot to take them out, wore them for 8 hours and his feet did get a little sore so he took them out. Then on the third day he put them back in, worked outside for a while and walked to the lake and back! He said he’d actually forgotten about his feet, didn’t even think about them, and no pain afterwards. The break-in period is supposed to be longer, as for most insoles, but it wasn’t the case for him. I’m now going to order some for my sister and myself for different foot problems we have which these insoles are supposed to help. The e-book that comes with these insoles explained a lot more than the podiatrist did. I would definitely recommend these!
