It had a tiny defect in the upper right hand corner. Other than that I would of gave it 5 for a rating.

It works perfectly fine if installed right, did feel kind of cheap and thicker than the original but overall one of the best screens for the price, I've installed other for a similar price that feel better but worked really bad or the touch was slow or overall unresponsive

I am an iPhone technician and was looking for different screens to install at different price points to see what the major differences are and to make recommendations to customers. This was the cheapest screen replacement that included the bezel, lcd, and glass. First off, there is a lot to do here and, to the uninitiated, you might easily be in over your head. The tools they include will get the job started but you have to be really careful with some of the flex connectors. You could permanently damage your phone. Bricking it or causing certain features to stop working, especially the fingerprint scanner. My advice for anyone doing this for the first time is to watch a youtube video and TAKE YOUR TIME. The adhesive around the home button is especially laborious but BE CAREFUL.As for the screen, it's bare bones and not well made. For starters it does not include the front facing camera ring. Its the clear plastic ring that holds the camera in place. It also does not include the proximity sensor housing. This is a clear plastic square that holds the proximity sensor in place. You have to transfer all this over from your old phone which can be very difficult since, many times, these pieces get broken in a typical cracked screen situation. The screw housings are in the camera plate are at bad depths. You will scratch the paint on your phone if you don't resist the temptation to tighten the camera plate too hard.The LCD was patchy near the top on black screens which can happen on cheaper screens but otherwise it looks good.

The screen and digitizer require a little more tedious and careful replacement that previous models. You have to separate the front facing camera components, light sensor, earpiece, home button components and connector ribbons, carefully but firmly separating adhered parts and fragile rubber skins. I was expecting a 5 minute replacement, ended up being an hour. I probably lost a little of the water resistance in the process but the screen looks great, phone looks and works like new again.

Worked as expected

The repair was straight forward with instructions easily found online. My dissatisfaction comes from the quality of the screen itself. The quality is not comparable to the stock Apple screen. When the screen is left on for more than 5 minutes, the image is burned into the display. When I use Gps while driving, I have to put up with the burned image for about an hour afterwards. Also the screen that I receive has two burnt out pixels. How does a brand new screen have two burnt out pixels?? I would recommend a similar product from a different seller. Your chances of getting a quality product will probably be higher.

Amazing product; my screen is even clearer now than before due in part to cleanliness and a lack of sfuff-age and wear.However, beware that you must have patience, a meticulous organization for parts and screws, and great vision (and/or a magnifying glass) to perform such a replacement on your own. Its not easy.
