Cute little house. Instructions were easy to follow. All the hardware was in numbered bags. My only issue was one of the rails that held the lattice was split. Had to glue and clamp it because I did not want to return. It’s made from a rather soft type of wood but seems sturdy enough.Only time will tell if the cat will actually use it.

My husband recently put this adorable house together for our outdoor feral cats. It was easy to assemble and we are so pleased with it! We haven't transitioned our cats from feeding in our shed to this cute little house yet, but I know they will love it.

Nice design but poor in quality. Parts of wood cracked, paint was cheap and not even covering all areas and definitely NOT water proof! I tried some pieces with water and wood absorbed it right in. Its pricey but figured worth it based on description but after I had to spend time and money to repair wood breaks, repainting and water sealing, it just cost too much overall since I still doubt it will last long with low quality of wood used. Very disappointed

Cat hates it but that's just how cats be. Looks great though. Better than my condo unfortunately. Super sturdy. I have a small cat and it may be a bit small for cats on the larger end.

I run a cat rescue and have several feral cats that live here. We have multiple cat houses but I wanted one with a roof and balcony. When I opened the box, several pieces of wood were already splintered and one was cracked. I was able to put it together (plesae note, the insert screw areas are pre-filled but where the pieces connect they are not) which was a minor annoyance. The paint was peeling and thin on most of the pieces and you could see the original "wood". There were also some splinter pieces that I had to sand down. As I was building it, there was a LOT of crackling like the wood was splitting further. The pieces also technically match up but are not flush at all. Also, when you lift it, it pretty much feels like the whole thing is going to just break apart. The pictures I took are from immediately after putting together. It's a pain to take apart and send back so I will keep it but definitely won't buy again. If it makes it through the summer without breaking apart, I will be shocked. Best thing I can say about it...it's kinda pretty from a distance.

Excellent value. My cat uses it and seems to like it.

I've bought two of these houses before and this one is slightly different with fewer perks (like the escape door on the back panel from previous versions) and the wood came in worse shape. some boards were already warped and cracked our cracked when the screws were set into them. looks cute in the picture but not going to last more than a couple months outside.
