Excellent piece of kit, if you don't mind semi-weighted keys
It is an excellent electronic piano with amazing voice, which sounds very natural and not at all synthetic, like some other cheaper ones do.I like the ability to connect it via Bluetooth to my iPad and laptop, which means no extra cables necessary. Also it's nice that I could listen to a background back track music from the same speakers as the piano plays. The only downside is that I somehow missed that it has semi-weighted keys, when I placed my order, so I'm returning mine after I unsuccessfully tried to get used to it.If you are happy with the keys being what they are, then don't hesitate to buy it! Even just for the sound it's definitely worth it.The keys are very responsive and you can set how sensitive you like them. They even give you a sustain pedal in the pack. The pedal is not anything extra, but it does the job well.Edit: I have the Alesis Recital Pro with weighted keys now. The keys feel pretty much closer to the real piano keys, but sadly its sound isn't as good as the Roland's... Well, I guess I can't have everything as I want.

The Excellence you would expect from Roland
This really is an absolutely delightful Piano-Keyboard. The touch and feel of the full-sized keys is delightful. The moment you lay your digits on the keys, you can tell immediately where they spent the money. The trouble is, the sound doesn't quite match up to expectations. It's Roland's own fault because they set the bar so high. The secret is to invest in a decent set of computer speakers and plug them straight into the back of the keyboard (⅛ to ¼ adapter required). Then you've got the sound the keyboard, and your ears deserve. With the added benefit you will not need to upgrade quite so soon, because your kit will be more than satisfactory for many years to come. All you need next is a Chromebook (works perfectly) to hook it up to Skoove, although I used Flowkey, and you will be in a situation where you will not feel pressured to upgrade.I shall have to add an edit here, as there were unforeseen complications. I was getting a lot of echo and I couldn't understand where it was coming from. So, after a little investigation, I found with the headphone/speaker outlet on the keyboard, and also auxiliary speakers being used on the laptop, both systems were in play...including the onboard speakers. So I ditched the keyboard auxiliary speakers and plugged them into the laptop. Now, the laptop controls all the auxiliary speakers, but the onboard speakers in the keyboard still work. It's then a question of balancing them. Turn the keyboard volume down and the laptop up to the desired effect, or vice versa and it all works just fine. You don't need to use the keyboard speaker outlet at all. Which is now available for headphones if you need them.

Bought as a gift
The piano was bought as a gift for someone learning piano in older age. I’ve only heard it and it has a good piano sound. The recipient is very pleased with it.

Nice piano
Not bad for the price sounds good but except for the faulty mains adapter couldn't get it to work. Try and move it around a bit in the mains socket it will work as it worked for me in the end.

Great Value for Money
I bought this piano as my son was learning classical on the grand piano, but also wanted to get into more jazz and boogie woogie. I didn't want him hammering the grand, so we agreed to get a keyboard for the jazz. I think it's fair to say it has taken some real punishment over these past couple of months, but other than the occasional squeaky key (which I would expect from something as cheap as this), it's performed really well. Would reccomend.

New pianist
Just for use at home it's fine perhaps not robust enough for gigging, a bit disappointed with the lower register on electric piano, and the fact it will not link to blue tooth amplifier, but the feel of the action is very good. Great for a beginner!
