Easy to use/swallow. No ill effects if taken on an empty stomach, but with meals is preferred, up to three times a day. This is my second order of this product. I’m happy with it for liver health.

Very easy to take. Good for the price

Contradictory to other reviews, in my opinion, these are not! Easy to swallow. They are hard, big, and thick. I already har to go to E R to have a big hard pill removed from my throat that was cutting my esophagus each time I swallowed. Then after swallowing so much blood, I began to vomit blood. Then an ambulance took me to the hospital, where I remained for several hours, until the pill finally began to move down my throat.
