Q: I bought a James Martin utility knife, the silver end piece has come away and will not fix back

I'm sad to hear that I have several knives on this brand and have bought them to for presents with no issues at all. I'd surmise it's rare and if you have the receipt I'd be hurring back to the retailer. As a end user the problems with this knife surprises me. Good luck on the refund. Duncan
