Weathered Outback Outdoorsmen Shapeable Outback Hiking Western Hat with Chin Cord, Silver Canyon, Brown, Black

I liked the hat, but the shipping company or provider has to come up with a better way to pack the hat or at least before packing it arranging the hat in a way that looks like the photo when ordering. I’m happy but they can dona little extra for the customer to be super happy.

I was looking for a hat that would be better looking than my straw one and more durable. This one fit both criteria perfectly. It's easy to shape and will holds its shape well. I drove down the road with the window down and the wind didn't affect the shape at all. Recommended if you need a sturdy hat for your adventures.

The stitching was uneven and poor quality. Asking over 60$ for a hat I expected it to be worth the money. Don't always get what you pay for. I'd recommend a Dorfman Hat, stitching was even and looked nicer and for only 40$. Can't recommend the silver canyon brand over Dorfman. It's still a nice hat but not for over 60$

I already have one of these hats and have received many compliments. This hat is great for any outdoor event. It is very comfortable, endures high winds and bad weather and has the wire in the outer brim to adjust as you would like. I love the brown two-tone colors. I wore this to our dentist office and he said he loved the blended brown color, the chin strap and overall look of my hat. We know he is a fisherman like us so I took out my tape measure and asked to measure his head. He mentioned he has a very large head and did not know if we could find a hat to fit him. So, I stepped out in faith and researched the largest size for this hat and found (I believe) 8 1/4. So, we again researched and sought out a hat stretcher and found one that would stretch a hat up to 1/4 inch. My dentist' head is 8 1/2 so after a good stretch we managed to meet our goal. We presented the hat to him and he was simply amazed and so very thankful - the hat literally fit perfect. Thank you Silver Canyon.

As a lifelong Indiana Jones fan, I wanted to buy a hat similar to the character's hat to celebrate a recent personal milestone. While I was shopping online I found a number of leather and felt candidates, but I'm hesitant to wear the former and the latter looked a little cheap. When I found Silver Canyon's hat online it was exactly what I was looking for: weathered appearance, cotton, shapeable brim, and a neck string so I can secure my hat while I'm hiking on a gusty day or while I'm kayaking. I'm grateful that this hat met all of my expectations, and I'll definitely be a future customer.For anyone wondering about the company's sizing provided online, I found it to be very accurate when I used a soft/sewer's tape measure.And thanks to the customer care team for caring about my order - I appreciated that.

I was really looking forward to using it as my new stage hat, and honestly, the look of it was perfect. Unfortunately the ties where installed weird, (one in front of my ear, the other side behind the other ear) but the real issue was the shipping. Unfortunately the shipping damaged it beyond being able to get it back into proper shape. Shipping internationally in only a plastic bag is a recipe for disaster.

Looks exactly like the photo. Sizing is pretty much right on but the guide is a bit confusing when you go to choose the size to order. Comfortable, light, nicely weathered and seems well made. The brim is fully adjustable - maybe a little too adjustable as you have to pretty much make a quick adjustment to it every time you put it on. The 4 star rating relates to the relative priciness. Not sure it was worth the $111 CDN I was charged all in. However, the wife likes it so it’s ok…
