Beautiful, but order a size up.
These are wonderfully flattering, but a tad tight, even for skinny jeans. Not sure about the "built in lift", but they feel great.

Very very small/tight fit size 10 must be large size!
Good material and looks great, unfortunately the medium is very small and I'm a size 10 and couldn't even get past my thighs!
