When you need it, it's the best.
Not really sure how to review this. It's the best product of its type that I have personally found. Been using it on and off for many years. Occasionally I try other products in hopes of saving a little bit of money, but they're never as good.

This was recommended to me about 10 years ago and it really works great. Recently, I went to several stores and pharmacies and I was no longer able to find it. Ordered from Amazon. Still does a great job but I was surprised there was no safety seal around the outside cap or inside the lid.
