Works perfectly and nice and bright
Way brighter than the factory junk. They are nice and solid blue and super easy to solder in and lasts a long time. I’ve had mine in for about a year and they all still work not to mention I have 2 12s that rattle everything and they still all work

2005 Silverado WT
Used for a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado WT . These are just LEDs and obviously as such can be used in many places. I purchased white LEDs.I replaced the 8 LEDs of my HVAC control's even though just the two temperature slider lights were out. I also replaced the bulb in the vehicle light switch to the left of the cargo/bed/fog switch. I did not replace the bulbs in the cargo/bed/fog switch since I bought it new (mine didn't have a fog light switch so I purchased one). I'll probably do the instrument cluster as well, but I'm waiting to grab an unlocked one for DIC from a Denali or something. The white is not overly powerfully bright and can be dimmed with the vehicle's factory switch. They do overpower the 15 year old bulbs in the instrument cluster. It saves a lot of money if you want your "non-serviceable" lights replaced without replacing the entire module/having a dealer or shop fix it.Installation is straight forward - it's an LED with 2 prongs... ; just be aware of polarity. I would post photos, but amazon doesn't have that feature right now.

Wrong bulbs were sent to me
Ordered the white LED bulbs. Installed them which took about an hour. When I plugged it in, the bulbs were blue. Light quality is great but they sent me the wrong color. So 1 star for that.

Be aware
Know that your buying the led inside not the actual ac controller ….

Some things to know
The long wire on a LED is the positive side. I marked in red in the picture the positive side on the board. Unfortunately I didn't think to do it on the Hvac control. I replaced the ones on the Hvac control 1st. They are brighter with more of a blue/teal color. Looks nicer than the old dingy warm white. Obviously they didn't match the original guage cluster lights so I replaced those last. The pack came with enough to do both the cluster and Hvac control and still had 4 left over. Maybe those are for the headlight switch. These didn't come with instructions. Technically they did but was for I assume pre 03 models with push and twist bulbs

Makes AC module look brand new again!
These lights are very bright and easy to install if you've have previously solder electronics. The only thing that was difficult was finding the correct polarity’s of each led on the circuit board. Besides that I also like how it comes with 20 individual lights in case you break one during the install (you only need 8 for the ac module). I purchased both the white and blue leds and only used the white leds for the temperature knobs.
