Love it!! I ware everyday to exercise, comfortable and great quality. I ordered size XL, I am 220lb 5'8 and is perfect for me. I hope this specs will help someone else that is trying to buy.

I thought this was one of those types of waist trainers that stay in place when you excercise. Squat, bend over, simply walking around d or even just reaching or stretching. It's not. I'm not happy with it but I'm apparently stuck with this thing. Looks fine when you first put it on but when you start moving, so does the waist trainer.

The media could not be loaded.  Very supportive! Has strong Velcro and ribbing. I did a short 20 minute workout and it didn’t budge one bit. I also sweated a lot more than usual. It defines my waist perfectly. I’m wearing it right now and it’s quite comfortable. I plan on wearing it while cleaning my phone as well as when working out to get more use out of it. I ordered a Medium and it fits well. I could’ve ordered smaller but I’ve been gaining weight lately and didn’t want to risk it.

I love my waist trimmer and I use it all the time when I go to the gym. I could tell the difference in my waist! Will order again!

Does not roll and can make adjustments. I ordered a size down after reading reviews and already need another size smaller. Makes you sweat like crazy. I was wearing just on skin but had some rubbing so wear a tank under, still sweat just as much. Could easily wear all day it is very comfortable but only wear for my workouts.

I like the way it fits, it doesn't feel bulky and I've worn it to work. My only problem was that even though I noticed the difference after one use to my waist, I also noticed I can't wear it for long periods of time. I was sweating (as expected) but I was also itchy( as expected), except it was too itchy(not expected). My midsection felt like if I wore it again, even for an hour on the next day, I would get a rash. I'm just going to advise other potential buyers. If you have sensitive skin or even if you don't, the neoprene in this trainer can give you a rash. DO NOT WEAR FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS. Don't even push it to 4 hours. Better safe than sorry. I'm only wearing mine at home while doing workouts. I hope this review helped someone.

The band is thick and strong and I loved how wide the Velcro is. Also I like how I can tighten by the main band but then there are two more on the side that you can pull tighter. It really kept my waist in and my back supported. I can determined how tight I want it so if my stomach starts to hurt I just loosen it a bit. I did wear a under shirt under it because I read some comments about getting a rash but that makes sense because you do sweat a lot where the band is at. I would highly recommend this product.

Very happy with this product, although, I should have ordered it in a smaller size. About 10 days after I got it, I lost some weight and it is starting to overlap past the velcro part. It also offers a lot of back support.
