My story - I did not have any expectations that this would do anything. But I trusted the research on it, so I took it (2 pills before each meal). Tried garcinia Cambodia around 11 years ago and it worked so much better. This just doesn't seem to be as strong as i hoped it would be.

Love the product, but it has went up a whopping $10 a bottle, from my last purchase a short time ago. And that was up over the previous price by at least another $5.

First and foremost, we know everyone's body is different. What works for one doesnt work for the other. This pill doesn't dissappoint. I had originally bought these type of pills at Costco years ago however when I recently tried buying them again they no longer had them...did my research and bough these on Amazon. These pills helped me stop my cravings and helps me eat smaller portions I take one 30 min before my meals 3 times a day. Be prepared to drink a lot of water with these pills. I do exercise and I do watch what I eat I'm not a junk eater dont drink soda or juices either not my thing. I gained weight due to health issues but these pills have helped me out a lot doesnt constipate or give diarrhea either I was at 190 and within 2 months people noticed my weight loss. I used to take this all the time but this one tastes like petroleum and a weird smell to it. I just opened it and can’t return because it’s a few days over a month. My friend got it and said the same thing.

Start with the recommended dose which is two pills. I made my own daily supplement with this. I opened and mixed the capsules in with powdered reds and some other stuff. Let me be clear, I still get hungry, this is NOT a pill that makes eating altogether repulsive! This is simply an appetite suppressant! It is supposed to take the edge off of the hunger and that's exactly what it does. So your body will simply nudge you saying "hey I'd like to eat now" verses the regular "OMG WE'RE DYING!!! PLEASE! This Monday and Tues. too dizzy to do anything! I do feel better today but this dizziness makes me need to be very cautious about moving around. Light headed. I am a healthy person and this is just awful. I just read that another user had the same reaction so I have stopped taking these pills. Good grief!!!
