Amazing quality product and well worth the expense. I only had one book, a '79 Websters Dictionary given to me as a Xmas gift from my kids so I was skeptical re the cost. My sentimental voice of attachment to this book made the decision for me to take a chance, a decision I shall never regret. My choice for this particular product was based simply on the 4" width, matte choice available. The repair results ended up being the perfect fit and cosmetic appearance. There aren't words enough to express my gratitude! I would strongly recommend this product to anyone who cares enough to want the very best.

Our family inherited our beautiful 1919 family Bible. The Bible was in good shape except for the binding. The 4" black cloth binding tape was just what we needed to get it back together. Since the Bible is quite large we almost could have used 5 or 6 inch tape, but my mother, the librarian, pieced the 4" tape together and it worked well. She has used many library book binding tapes and said this tape was excellent.

Not a pro job, but brought back the covers in line attached to the splines; the 4 inch is a big plus over the narrower tapes. And I have PLENTY left over!For internal separations, just used wide clear packing tape. Works for me.

I purchased this tape to reinforce some cotton wall tapestries so I could install grommets to hang them better as stage drops. The cloth fiber tape has held very well and reinforced the hangings to the point that I don't believe I'll ever have a problem with a metal grommet tearing the fabric and pulling out. Thank you for providing a good quality product. I'd recommend it to anybody.

Nice tape for repairing damage book binding. It's a quality product that worth having on hand for damaged books. I buy certain reference books, Sometimes they are used and the binding needs a little TLC. I use this product and it works like a top,

Bought product to repair a pilot logbook and it worked well, as expected. Ended up using it on another book too. Had a hard time finding anyone who would repair a book anymore, not an easy task and very expensive. This product was cost effective, easy to use and worked great. Delivery was quick and company very interested in customer service.

As you can see, this is an expensive product. However, as you can read in other reviews, it's also an excellent product, and I really can't think of anything else to compare. I needed brown tape for this particular use, and this product fit the bill perfectly. This tape is very strong, but also very thin and flexible. Well worth the money!

The book cloth is just what I needed to repair a leatherette notebook. Though it is ordinarily used for book rebinding and repair, I thought it might work well on the spiral notebook. It was fine.
