So far this seems like a great product. Haven't had to use it to jump my car yet. I was happily surprised that it came with a nice, sturdy case to keep it in. It is much bigger than I expected. Don't expect to use it as a power bank for your mobile devices that you can keep in your pocket. but if that's the worst thing about it, we'll be fine.

I store it in the back of my car. I used it once to start my mothers car a 1998 Camry, I hooked the clamps on and checked the voltage. Then connected the jump box on and the car started right up. Disconnected the jump box and checked the voltage again. The system is charging. I'd say it works. Just waiting another month before I bring it in the house to charge it.

This is a great way to jump start a dead battery without risking the battery of your other car. It’s safe and easy. I’m a 57 year old woman and I don’t hesitate to us it. It’s just that simple to use.

This "worked" really good when first purchased.However it didn't take long for the work to stop working.The convince of this jumper did not pay out it's worth in wages.Disappointed!

I have never heard of this brand before. After reading the comments of several brands, I decided to try this new brand. I am very satisfied with the result. I was able to jump start my 2004 Toyota V6 3.3L with a four year old battery!

Worked one time really well, but then never worked again.... won’t charge, light up, or work at all.
