I’m 49, consistent size 8, my waistline is 12” smaller than my booty.I purchased two pair in the small , One black, one navy, for work.The navy fit a bit snugger in the thighs than the black.They are super high waisted! Like beyond mom jean height! AND the waist is very big.The back side gathered up around my belt.... accordion like, upwards above my belt! Lol.Not Attractive AT ALL!!!!If I had to guess these would fit, full figured size 8. To be polite, if you have skinny legs, small booty & have a 40” waist. Or pregnant.If you have bigger thighs like me & full figure, then go for the medium.There was ample room for a tummy if that’s your body style.I wore the black ones all day while working (construction).Not a breathable fabric, but did stretch a good amount after a couple hours.Good fabric, just not comfortable for hot temperatures.I’m returning the navy, just cuz the fit was was awkward for my body type.Not really what I was looking for. Wish they had this style in a low rise..... I would order more for sure.Hard to find a women’s cargo Capri for summer that work construction.

I love these pants as the are comfortable and have a pocket that buttons to hold my phone. The last time I purchased a pair I bought the same size as before and found they were too small-still wearing the former pair -fit fine- but the new pair of the same size does not fit. I think they are cutting them smaller

Good color. Good length. Nice material. Cleans well. Had to add elastic to waist to cinch it in but that was easy enough. Main thing is it fits in hips and doesn't give wedgies.

I could have gone with a size smaller. They fit perfect at the start of the day and have stretched a lot by the end of the day and fit larger. Very comfortable light weight material. I have a 2nd pair on the way in another color.

The company selling these is woman within. They quality is ok but what pissed me off is the fabric, pockets and ruching are misrepresented. It doesn't stretch as stated. the fabric is loud when you move. the ruching doesn't t exist instead the strings pull shut around the calf leaving a funny pillow shape. And there aren't pockets on both legs just one. The normal pockets are not deep enough for anything more than a small flip phone key fob and some cash.The waistband is super loose. If you are an hourglass, pear or have a large hip waist difference, steer clear! I wish I could return them without paying extra.

I usually wear about a 26w so when I read reviews to order a size larger, I did so because I’m always worried about whether the legs will be big enough, or not. Plus, the picture shows a skinny model with skinny legs (rolls eyes). These are actually pretty loose in the legs, but since I ordered a size larger, they’re REALLY big in the waist. I’m a pear shape and don’t have a big belly. My problem areas are thigh and butt/hips. I usually fix the loose waist issue with a belt, but even with a belt the waist on these is still pretty big. For my kind of shape, you can go ahead and order your correct size.

Love these pants, but I like it a little looser at the waist...should have got a size bigger...but it actually is a perfect fit.
