Car: 2016 Subaru Crosstrek - fit perfect So if you’re on the fence about this product and need an affordable car mattress asap, I highly recommend it! I have had my eye on the Luno air mattress which is around $200, but was unsure about the splurge for that price, and it was not readily available. I got this to take my grandma to the drive in movies and I wanted her to be as comfortable as possible. The entire set up process was quick and easy. It took about 5 minutes. I set it up and pre inflated at home, then let a little air out before we left. I filled up at the air when we got there, and set some pillows and blankets. Both my 74 year old grandma and my 25 year old self found it very comfortable to lay on. There were no air leaks and I think this product is worth its cost. Durability: have only used it once, no air leaks and held up well with two people on it during the entire length of a movie. Will update after a couple more uses. Personally after reading all the reviews the durability is what I’m most worried about it. At the price point I wouldn’t be livid if it doesn’t hold up, but I do HOPE it lasts a while because I enjoy it. I hope this review helps you out! Edit 5/2/2021: I have had this for months and used it over 10 times for drive in movies. I have had 3 adults squish in on it at once and it still works wonderfully. Inflates, the pump works, no rips or tears in the mattress.

We bought this air mattress in August 2025 and I’m writing this review 2 months later, after one camping trip. It fits our Eurovan Winnebago camper perfectly, as you can see in the photos. The pump is powerful - also a bit noisy - but it inflates each compartment in seconds. The seal holds air really well, and the surface feels soft and supportive for a good night’s sleep. It looks like the seller may have changed the model since our purchase, because the one we received doesn’t look exactly like the photos in the current listing and ours didn’t include pillows. Still, we’re happy with the purchase - it made our camping setup so much more comfortable.

I have a 10+ year old Subaru Forester and this works great in the back. I weigh 310lbs so finding an affordable air mattress that can hold my weight without breaking and is thick enough for side sleeping can be a nightmare, but I love car camping! I have used this on 5+ camping trips so far and have had no issues, I don't even need to top up unless I'm sleeping someplace 3+ nights but then it is minor. I'm also 5'11 and it's nice a long. I mostly only used it solo so far, so I sleep on the 2/3 side because the other side is too narrow, but I sometimes use it full size so my dog can sleep with me and it works for us. It's still an air mattress so it's not a luxury bed, and it does make noise if you move around as you sleep, but it is not super sensitive to movement. I sleep on my side and my hips don't hurt in the morning so that's 5-star worthy in my book, especially because it clocks in >$40 cheaper than most other mattresses. UPDATE: After 3 camping seasons and ~20 trips the mattress formed a leak. I am not changing my rating though, I think for the price and the wear and tear I put it through, that is pretty reasonable longevity. This is clearly not a name-brand mattress, and as mentioned in my review above I am a plus-sized individual. I also quickly gave up on not having the mattress fully inflated for my spoiled rotten dog so this mattress would either sleep two people or myself and a german shepherd for weekend warrior camping trips in the back of my car for three seasons and we were not gentle with it. My dog would roll around, jump in and out of the car, generally be a menace. I folded it aggressively and in the off-season this thing stayed folded for 6+months in the same creases which is not good for this type of mattress (if you want to improve longevity of anything you own that you fold long term, take it out and change the folding pattern gently every month or so). The reason I prefer this mattress to other car mattresses is it is not T shaped, it is made with flaps. This allows it to fill the entire back of your car rather than have gaps where items can get lost or you can even roll into and slide off the mattress if the fit is not perfectly snug. It is also one of the more affordable options. I will be repurchasing.

We bought this for our new 2024 Defender Outbound, which it fits in perfectly with the seats down. The included pump airs it up pretty quickly. It stayed aired up all night and was actually pretty comfortable. Having to air up the "pillow" part and then the body separately was a bit of a pain and I did not find that the "pillow" added any value, if you don't have your own pillow that one doesn't really qualify anyway. The air did not leak out overnight and it was easy to deflate and roll up. The included storage bag was destroyed after the 2nd use, the seams on the mattress were a bit too much for it. However, that is an easy fix with a reuseable shopping bag. I would buy this again.

I recently tried the WEY&FLY SUV Air Mattress Thickened and Double-Sided Flocking Travel Camping Bed, and while it has some good features, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. Comfort and Design: The concept of a thickened, double-sided air mattress is great, especially for travel and camping. The material feels durable, and the flocked surface adds a nice touch of comfort. However, the mattress did not hold its firmness as well as I had hoped. It ended up being quite flat after a few hours, which was disappointing. Support: One of the biggest issues I encountered was that the mattress lacked the necessary support. It became too soft and did not provide adequate cushioning, which resulted in back discomfort. This was particularly problematic for longer periods of use. Inflation and Deflation: Inflating and deflating the mattress was straightforward and hassle-free, thanks to the included pump. The mattress also packs away easily, making it convenient for storage and transportation. Durability: The mattress seems well-made and sturdy, and I didn’t experience any issues with punctures or leaks during my use. The thickened material feels robust, and it should hold up well under normal conditions. Overall: The WEY&FLY SUV Air Mattress has a lot of potential with its design and features, but the lack of firmness and support impacted its comfort level. It’s functional for occasional use, but if you need a mattress with better support for regular sleeping, this might not be the best option. It’s decent for a quick setup but falls short if you’re looking for long-term comfort.

This works well in my 2022 Tesla Model 3 and is a very good value. It provides comfortable support without being too thick. Thicker mattresses leave too little room below the rear window shelf and can squeeze your legs. This fills the entire rear compartment nicely. It inflates and deflates quickly. I like that the halves inflate separately. This gives you some more flexible options; also, should a leak happen in the middle of the night, you wouldn't be doomed to suffering through the night on a completely deflated mattress.

Very comfortable for camping and sleeping in my car. My complaint is that one of the pillows immediately started leaking/loosing air. The mattress has 4 compartments for pumping air, two for the body and two for the pillow area. I was careful setting it up but it seems like one of the pillows came defective, and immediately started deflating very quickly. I cant even find where the leak is to patch it. I am guessing the seams are leaking from poor manufacturing. Not sure how many camping trips this mattress will be able to handle.
