Great product
This product is excellent. It fits perfectly on the toilet and is easy to use. Very comfortable, too. It has worked wonders in helping my pain from hemorrhoids. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner. I used to think that soaking in the bathtub would suffice. However, by using this product, you can have a better concentration of epsom salt or whatever you want to add to the water than you would if adding to the bathtub. It is very easy to dump the water into the toilet when finished with the design of the slots at the back. I am very pleased with this product.

Good price, and quality.
This product is nice and works well it has drains in the back of the bath to easily pour out though if you do it too fast, it will overflow a bit. It’s deep and fits. All sizes are used it many times before having surgery for hemorrhoids and rectal prolapse. I would definitely recommend this product. It even comes with a bag to store it in.

Even for big people!
First off, it did not come with a draw string bag. That's disappointing and I'd like to have it, but I just put it back in the bag it came in after each use.I bought this because I have a chronic fissure. I didn't think it would help, but after weeks of pain I finally get some relief with this. Not 100%, but it isn't meant to be the big cure. I still have to use the prescription and OTC meds. There were some complaints about this breaking easily. I'm not sure how that could happen. It's a softer plastic with some give, but very sturdy. I use it on top of my toilet seat instead of lifting. Since I'm a big woman...323lbs, I thought I might need the extra support of the seat underneath. My rear fits, and it hasn't broken after several uses. If you're big like me you'll want to use less water than the directions (2qts) say or it's all just going to pour out the drain holes anyway. Sit gently if you're big, unless you like cleaning water off the floor. You're rear *will* cover the drain holes. It's not comfortable to sit on long term. I only sit for about 10 minutes, instead of the recommended 15-20 but it certainly does the job. If you want comfort then just sit in your bath tub and good luck getting up.I definitely recommend this product!

Comfortable and easy to use
This is much more comfortable than the one the hospital provided after a hemorrhoidectomy. Very easy to use. I want to say easy to clean since it’s easy enough to soap/rinse but since it’s white in color, the sitz solution leaves yellow/brown stains that don’t seem to wash off. Other than that it serves it purpose well. Good purchase.

Best Homecare Purchase I’ve Made
I had no idea a sitz bath could actually be comfortable.I struggle with several health issues that effect my bathroom habits as well as giving my neuropathy in my legs and tight joints. I spend anywhere from 30-45 minutes a day. (10-15 minute sessions, 3x a day)I’ve tried several other models without finding anything that really was tolerable to sit on, until now. It also has a small basin which I personally prefer, as it only soaks the intended area. The flat surface allows my hips sockets to open up instead of rotating them inward, and my thighs get some relief from the pressure of sitting too. It drains well, which is nice because spilling water all over the floor gets old after a while. It seems silly to write such an in-depth praise about this little sitz bath, but considering the amount of relief it’s provided I think it’s well deserved.Packaging:The product came with a mesh bag and a pamphlet explaining how to use the product and about the business. There was also a coupon for 20% of the next purchase. It was sealed nicely with “well wishes” from the manufacturer.5 out of 5, would buy again.

Suffering from fissures? Please read! There’s hope!
If you have been diagnosed with a certain kind of fish are in a not very pleasant part of your body please read this review, it might give you hope. I know everyone is different and has different degrees of severity with fissures so my story might not be yours BUT…When I was first diagnosed last week and did some reading online, the prognosis looked grim. I read that even acute anal fissures could last weeks and if not treated well, even months. If they become chronic and don’t heal, it could even lead to some pretty unpleasant surgeries. Like all of us, I’ve been cooped up for over a year and a half, now finally going on vacation to celebrate a 25th anniversary. Wouldn’t you know this horrible condition threatens to ruin everything.I’ve used this well designed sitz bath RELIGIOUSLY at least 3x a day. It’s easy and so convenient to use and clean. Fits perfectly on an elongated toilet seat. I added several drops of FORCES of NATURE fissure organic oil (found here on Amazon) to the warm water. Day 5 since diagnosis and I am about 60% better than where I was. I am hoping with another week before I leave on vacation and I actually might be well enough to enjoy myself. I’ve been really diligent with my prescribed medication, in my case a nitroglycerin based cream and I use the fissure oil directly on the area 2x per day as well. I had no idea about these baths and wish I knew way back when I had my babies. I can’t describe the relief! The pulsing and throbbing pain has dulled to a tolerable achiness.Good luck and use your bath!!

Best sitz basin
This is by far a superior basin in terms of comfort. The one I was sent home with from the hospital was awful. After surgery the last thing you want is to feel like you are sitting in the toilet having to lean forward and stay still for 15 minutes 3 times a day. This basin is great. You can sit properly, are raised up enough, and can move legs as needed. Special hints, keep bum tight as you sit so it does not spread too much (if you have stitches), and don’t fill too high. Keep a peri bottle of hot water to add as the water in basin cools (and be careful it’s not too hot). I wash with white vinegar and water since the idea that bleach may linger and get in my privates is just too awful a thought.
