A Good and Sweet Sticky Finger Sauce
A Canadian made product that is well worth the money. For me, it was not overly sweet and was easily poured onto some hot deep fried chicken wings. I prepare my wings by snipping off the wing tips, separating the drums and flats, dipping in some egg wash, then tossing them in some dry Kentucky Colonel seasoned flour. After about 10 minutes in the fryer till they are lightly browned, I then toss the wings in a stainless steel bowl containing the sauce and toss them until they are thoroughly coated. Just the right amount of honey and garlic flavor and much more affordable than the VH brand of honey garlic sauce that is also made in Canada. If you have room in your refrigerator to store this large container, then this item is well worth the purchase price.

Okay as a base
I typically purchase this in small jars and hoped this would substitute as the small ones are getting hard to find. This is just the base, not the little bits of ginger and garlic that the small jars have. Still pretty good.

Sticky delicious!!!
Game day wings. They taste delicious but not quite like Manhattan’s honey garlic wings. But I believe i know what’s missing. I added minced garlic and a little honey, but i should’ve added just a little soy sauce. I think soy sauce would’ve got it very close to Manhattan’s wings.

More Honey than Garlic
I have had Franks honey garlic and I guess this is what my taste buds measure too. As a person who is not really a sweets eater this is too sweet. I pour portions of it an add garlic paste and asian style chili paste to cut the sweet.
