Me and my cats love this fountain. It's easy to maintain, and the motor is much quieter than I expected. The power cable is fairly long which is great.

It seems that Darin, Isabella Pinion, and Donna Padgett are the popular kids who've reviewed it so unless they each bought 30 of this fountain and have about 100 pets, I would say these reviews are FAKE.WILL NOT purchase.

My cat is usually afraid of running water but I know that a fountain is better for her than a bowl since the water runs through a filter and it sits up higher so she doesn't have to lean down to drink, which I know can be an issue when animals get older. I was also tired of her knocking her old water bowl over every day and this one is too big for her to do that. She's quirky so when I first hooked it up, she kept looking between it and myself like she was not sure which to be mad at. Now she drinks from it without glaring though I think she still misses being able to knock her old water bowl over.Easy set up and I didn't really even read the instructions other than on how to clean it regularly.

this is best water fountain ever for my dog. she loves it. I need to force her to drink more water before. Now with this new toy, she will go drink water by herself a lot! it helps! i don't need to worry about it during winter now :) with the filter, water is more clean and safe to drink. I did not use the filter because i refill the water every day to make sure my dog drink the fresh water.

I have two ragdoll kittens and I got this fountain because one of them wasn't drinking. They both started to use it straight away and I can see them drink regularly. It's easy to keep clean becase of the filter and very quiet, when I hear noise coming from it I know I need to add more water to it.

I liked that this fountain didn't have water running down anything and it had good reviews, so I took a chance and got it for my 3 cats. It was easy to put together and best of all my one cat took to it right away! I like to keep the water very full - right to the top - I noticed my other boy cat won't drink out of it if it gets a little low. The only noise you hear is the electric humm if the tv is off and no one is talking - but you have to really be listening to hear it.I love that it keeps the water moving so it doesn't get slimy, plus the filters catch any hair that falls in. Since it is a tall bowl, my cats don't have to bend down to drink, they just walk right up, take a few laps and go back to playing!

I just bought this. I have one cat with urinary problems, so he needs to drink more water. I had heard that fountains were a good solution for this problem. I set this fountain up without the flower and the cats drank from it almost immediately. One of my cats was a little curious and cautious at first, but after about three times of looking at it he began drinking from it. He loves it and drinks from it constantly. My other cat, the one with the problem, drinks from it less often but definitely is drinking much more water than he was before, which will hopefully help to alleviate his problem. I like the fact that this fountain is tall, and it keeps my cats from playing in the water. It is much more difficult for them to get their paws into the water! The water doesn't flow completely over the top, but it certainly flows enough that they can drink plenty of water. I understand that the filter needs to be changed about every three weeks, which seems reasonable. The only thing I hear is my cats lapping up the water, which is a nice sound indeed.

My two cats used to love drinking out of the faucet in the bathtub at our old home. The water quality isn't as good at our new place, so I decided to get a fountain & use bottled water. I originally bought a cheaper one, but it looked like it was going to be a hassle to take apart & put back together. I am glad I spent a few extra bucks & got this one. The color is very nice . It is very simple to clean, which to me is probably the most important factor in deciding which fountain to buy. My one cat loves it & drinks from it all the time. My scaredy cat is still freaked out by it, even after a couple weeks, as it does make a typical small fountain sound. He has been getting closer to it to check it out, so I am hoping with a little more time, he too will drink from it. I definitely recommend this fountain for your kitties!!
