Keto, High Protein and Low Carb Pancake and Waffle Mix

My daughter is a T1 diabetic, so finding lower carb high protein products is always tough. We made these pancakes over the weekend, and she just loved them. Normally pancakes sky-rocket her BG, but these did not and I made them two different days. They did not get "fluffy" like regular pancakes, but I already expected that going in based on the fact it is mostly barley. But none the less, my daughter was happy and enjoyed them (pancakes are her favorite thing) so will be ordering more.

When I heard about this, I liked the entire concept...decided to get it a try...I’m not much of a pancake maker, but I “specialize” in waffles. Opening the package, the aroma is really good. The mix took more water than I was used to to get the consistency like I like it. However I found the waffles tasty but “gritty”..17g of fiber! I often put toasted pecans in my waffles and the mix buried their taste. I doubt I’ll buy again unless I find a way to optimize a mix with my go to waffle mix.

You cannot beat the calories and macros. Add some fresh fruit on top for a little added sweetness. Texture and taste isn’t bad at all! I’m on box two!

Good flavor just a bit expensive for amount of servings you get!

I love this stuff. I have it all the time now. My kids enjoy making it with me and they are picky eaters. All around best stuff.

I love making pancakes with this mix and it keeps me full for so long! I LOVE that they use spent grain and donate pound for pound! More companies need to model their business after them. This product is worth a try! I can't wait for more products to come out!
