Bought these to keep in the boot for shopping trips and they’re perfect. The handles are long enough to go over your shoulder but short enough you can carry them about.

I use these bags for my weekly grocery shop. The quality is good and I expect they will last many years. There are 2 areas where they could be improved though:1) An empty bag doesn't stand up on it's own. The hard plastic bottom insert helps but the sides have no rigidity so I need 2 hands to place something into an empty bag. I to hold the bag open and one to pick up and place the item. Once I have a few items in the bag they help to keep the sides of the bag vertical. One solution would be to have a folding plastic insert that props up the sides.2) They don't fold up well for storage. I like to keep the bags in the car so I don't forget to take them on a shopping day. The bags do fold flat but take up 23cm X 42cm of floor area when laid flat.Overall though I'm happy to use them.

Overall I’m pleased with these bags, they appear to be strong but only time and use will tell if they are. Generous size, so will be able to fit my shopping in. I would personally have preferred shorter handles but I knew the length of them when I ordered (it would be nice to perhaps have the option of short handles in the future). I was really surprised to receive mine with plastic bottom inserts (removable) given previous reviews stated no inserts were provided when advertised with them and the current advert specifically states no bottom inserts as strong enough without. I’m therefore left wondering if I have received the older version of these bags and not the new improved version. I’m personally not a fan of the plastic inserts as I like to fold these bags up as small as I can.

They fold flat, very strong and a decent size. Flat bottomed so stand well. Ideal for groceries. Good handles.

Seem well made and strong so far, plastic inserts make it easy to stack things inside.However the handles are way too long, my 5"6 partner can barely carry them upstairs as the bottoms hit the steps due to her height. Even for me they just feel heavier because handles are so long.The other issue is the creased sides are done poorly on most of them so they don't fold flat as easily, the "fold" came crumpled, making it harder to store them too.

Haven’t used them yet but they look good and strong and cheerful. They fold really flat for storing in the car boot.
