Only "no salt added" bread I could find!
I needed a low salt/no salt added bread for a detox, and despite having access to multiple "health food stores", I couldn't find any! I was so happy to find this bread on Amazon. It got here in time and although not the very tastiest bread I've had, it was good, and it served me well for the detox. Since I'll be doing the detox more than once a year, I'm glad to have the extra loaves in the freezer for the next couple of times. It seemed a little pricey, but since it was the ONLY option I could find, it was well worth it.

CARROT CAKE GF
I made exactly as directions called for. I used pinappple juice instead of water called for. Instead of a cake pan, I made cupcakes and frosted with cream cheese-powered sugar frosting. I took to several friends and was a real hit. Even my picky grandson loved them.
