This is the best!! I take 1 shot and I feel better within an hour. Keep it up to keep colds and flus at bay though. This stuff is so powerful. It tastes awful but it really works way faster than high dose vit c, zinc, vit d etc. I dont get any stomache issues with this whether i take on empty belly or not. I just drink it and feel better. Order 2 so you never run out. Keep in fridge. Im battling a flu right now and my other supplements are just not keeping my flu away. My boyfriend is sick and I need to work so I need buried treasure! I had a very bad case of sinusitis. After two rounds of antibiotics, one round of steroids and four weeks of low grade fever, the clerk at Whole Foods suggested this product to me.The taste isn't pleasant, but it is tolerable. If you have ever had wheat grass juice, it is a bit worse than that. But if you hold your nose while you take the dose, and follow with a cookie or some water or juice, it will be fine.The first day I only took 4 half-doses (1 tablespoon) to see how my body would react. After each dose I had a burst of energy. Day 2 I took 3 half-doses and one full dose. Already I was starting to feel better. Day 3 I took 4 full doses as directed, and by the end of the day my fever was gone and my sinuses had unclogged. By day 4 I was totally fine. I took one more day due to the slow start, but by day 5 I didn't really need the help.I was doing other holistic treatments like teas, warm compresses, steaming, etc, but when I started ACF, that's when I really noticed a change. I had been running a fever of 100.4 every evening for weeks (which is not normal for me). After a few days on ACF, it was gone. I would definitely recommend this product. The combination of ingredients is like magic. I have already purchased another bottle to have on hand if anyone in the family starts to feel ill. This is money well spent.

This tastes ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I gag every time I drink it! But it’s worth it because this stuff knocked out and shortened my sickness FAST!!! I recommend taking it with juice and a spoonful of peanut butter. You have to chase it or you will throw up because it tastes awful. Take 1oz 3 - 4 times per day every 3 or so hours. You will not regret it. I keep this stuff stocked!!

Not joking the taste is so bad, but if you want to stay healthy you take it!! This is the best immune support I have ever found. SO WORTH the taste

I’m still giving you a high rating because I love this product. I’ve been using this as a supplement for months, and it works great to build my immunity. I’m disappointed that one bottle was broken during shipping, but I’ll stay subscribed.

I take it at the first sign of a cold, sore throat or sinus's acting up. After 1 or 2 doses I am once again well. If I am awaken in the middle of the night not feeling well I immediately get out of bed and take it and by morning I am usually fine. I travel with it. I have had UNSUCCESSFUL Sinus surgery. No doubt about it, the taste is AWEFUL but I have had total success with ACF. I keep in my house ALL the time. It’s my miracle drug and my husband agrees JL

This is the worst tasting supplement I have ever tasted. Alone with the bad taste it’s a burning sensation , I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this bad burning stuff it belongs in the trash. I gave a one star because I had to choose a star it’s a zero
