This company gave the best , most prompt customer service when we had a parts issue. The product is great and I would order from them again because they provide A+ service

This product arrived with defective and missing pieces. The directions were vague at best, no words, just unclear diagrams. Some of the pre-drilled holes were misaligned, so therefore, the part would not stay in place. The clear plastic for the sides and ends were covered with protective paper that would not peel off, but had to be wet, then scraped off. The players would fall off of the mounts while playing at times. After 2 days in the household, one of the goals and puck catchers came off because the screws weren't holding them in place. The company did provide good customer service, although it was a big mistake on their part to suggest that the problems were due to poor assembly.

Haven’t had a chance to really play it yet because it smells so bad that it stinks up the room it’s in. We’ve kept it outside since we got it. Seems good though.
