This brand of nail file is the best in my opinion. I have bought several sizes and for fingernails and my feet. I’ve never been disappointed with any of them.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the #1 as I was recovering from a bad allergy to Gel on my nails. They were thin and damaged for 6 months. As they grew out, I found I need a #2 now for my natural recovered nails. These are very nice though. Makes a smooth edge without damaging your skin on the backside. I had way less snagging and tearing after filing my nails with these. Also, because the back is smooth, they are very comfortable to use for the ticklish people, like my husbands toes. Note: they are thin and flexible. Easy to clean and disinfect.

My most recent purchase is the #1. I've had the #3 for nearly 30 years and is still going strong.

Please note that for some reason, all my purchases of this file are showing up as individual purchases, even though I bought 4 at once, so you may see this review repeated. I bought 4 after receiving my first one (so I have now 5 in total) and realizing that this is my best and only appropriate file. I've been looking for a file like this for the past 15 years. My nails are horrible - I have an underlying thyroid condition and despite being on meds and a very healthy diet, my nails are just ridiculous. Even during pregnancies they improved only marginally. They are super soft (I can easily bend them) and keep splitting all the time. Even glass and ceramic files created terrible snags and made the splitting worse. This nail file I can use without worrying that my nails will be worse off. I let my mom borrow one and now she bought 5 herself. We bought this many because neither one wants to be without and I carry them in my bags, have on my night stand, in the bathroom and in my nail kit bag.

For many, many years I've had fragile, problematic nails, so I was hesitant about spending $30 for a nail file. OMG, what an amazing file. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another to carry with me, so I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend purchasing this for anyone whose had nail problems.

This is he best nils file I have used. I have finger nails that peel and it works great for them.

I can't get used to wearing rubber gloves for any work around the house, so my bi-weekly Mani is to have professionally groomed nails but without polish. I ask for a shiny buff but the buffer my nail tech uses doesn't leave lasting shine. Saw this by chance, and I couldn't be happier with the results I get at home. I followed the simple instructions and within minutes each nail looked like I had just left the salon.

As some of the reviews I read before I purchased this file said, this file is one sided and it is thin. The other reviews viewed these as negative features, but I decided to purchase it anyway and see for myself because I really like the Diamancel foot files I already own.I'm pleased with my purchase of this nail file.Yes, the file is thin, however I view this as a feature because it makes it flexible. And it is one sided, but I find this positive for me as well because it makes it pleasant to hold and file.
